He contacted us to repair gutters that he said were damaged while performing tree work at a home in Shakopee, Minnesota, in May 2026. During our text message communications, Corey instructed us to send the invoice to Isaac, whom Corey identified as his business partner in Brainerd, Minnesota. They accepted our quote and agreed to the project timeline, and we completed the work as agreed. After the work was finished, we texted the same contact who had arranged the job two photos of the completed work. The response we received was, "Awesome job!!! What is the total?" We then provided the total and sent invoices and multiple follow-up requests for payment to the phone numbers and email addresses that had been used throughout the project. When we received no response, we located additional phone numbers for Corey and Isaac and ultimately spoke directly with both of them regarding payment. We also provided multiple methods by which payment could be made. As of July 20, 2026, we have not received payment for the completed work, despite communications indicating that payment would be made. This post reflects our experience with this project. Based on our experience, we would not choose to do business with Legacy Tree Industries again.

Shortly after that, things got worse and worse with communication, and quality of work. Made the mistake of paying Corey in full before the job was completed and cleaned up, and haven't been able to get ahold of him since. Left me with a mud pit of a yard, damage to my driveway, and multiple large piles of dirt on our street. Do Not, In any scenario do business with these guys. Especially Corey! Hope he gets what's coming to him soon. ​

However, the paint job for the kitchen cupboards is terrible as holes from the previous hardware were left in them. The communication was terrible as I never knew when they were going to be at my home. I didn't live there. I was in the, text in the morning to say that they were going to be been great. Unfortunately, Brennan didn't think that I needed to know his personal date book. I thought that was very unprofessional. I went up there on a Friday afternoon and they were working and I couldn't get in for an hour while they finish things up. His electrician said that I needed a whole new electrical system and I did not. I had my own Electrician come in and he said everything was good. I they were trying to screw me out of $3000.

We needed a full bathroom renovation to convert a small bathroom (on a cement slab) to handicapped-accessible. Brennon did the cement work to expand the shower area and create a perfect slope for a roll-in shower and custom drain. He also built an extremely solid pony wall with custom niches for extra storage and design. The custom tile work is superb with care taken to make sure everything is straight and finished appropriately; it's absolutely stunning (pictures just don't do justice)! In addition, they were so respectful to our pets and the rest of the house by protecting existing flooring and keeping the work area clean! The glass and grab bars are coming soon, but I couldn't wait to post! We definitely recommend Fidelium Renovations and will hire them again for future renovations!

Thelen completed FOUR projects on my building totalling over $30,000. All bills were paid…read morepromptly. TWO of the projects were less than satisfactory. The mini split installation required almost $550 (out of my pocket) to local service contractors for modifactions over the next year to correct problems directly related to the Thelen installation. A zone heating modification never worked properly after a $2500 (paid) installation, Two Techs spent four hours reviewing the problem and stated that the system design was was incorrect. The system design was done by Thelen! I told this to the technitians. For this assesment I was billed $624! I refused to pay for this "trouble call" and told them so. The office/account manager then sent this bill to a collection agency. I documented all of the problems and expenses and provided it to the management who refused to discuss the issues until I paid the collection agency. Now I am dealing with a collection agency for a $624 bill after spending $30k here.
