I recently had my car's rear bumper repaired here. Edgar Gomez was amazing! Highly knowledgeable, very professional, and his team delivered high quality repair that made my car look like new. This body shop does great work. My car came back just like it came off the dealership floor. Couldn't even tell it got rear ended. All the mechanics there are solid and will take care of you. They make sure the job is done right, and the customer is satisfied. Hope I don't ever need them again but if I ever do this is absolutely where I will be coming. read more

So I'm a pretty decent yelper here and it's safe to say that I've visited many different businesses in many different places. I've got to say that this one business alone is one of the best businesses I've had the pleasure of working with. Store owner's name is Edgar and Edgar is like a calm lake in the middle of a concrete jungle. He is a man of character who lives by honest means even tho there is so much room to be shady in this industry. I've dealt with numerous auto repair shops that try and give you false estimates or tell you more work needs to be done, but Edgar has this policy where he will try to help you resolve the problem with the least amount of work. He runs a business that should serve as a model to how all businesses should run. If the Good Lord Jesus himself came down in a Cadillac and asked me where he could buff out a scratch, I would bring him to Edgar at Elite Collision. read more

I was recommended here by someone at central tires and I am so beyond pleased with the service. All around, elite collision is an amazing business from customer service to the actual body work. My car was badly damaged from an accident and after elite collision fixed it it looks brand new. I am so happy with the outcome. I want to highlight Edgar, who is the damage analysis advisor. He was so helpful. He went above and beyond for me and my car to make sure we got parts and paint at the best possible prices too. He is a very friendly and honest person. He did the most for me even though I can tell he is a very busy guy! I am so glad to have had him and his team fix my car. My car was in and out of their shop in about 2 weeks which is unheard of especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Edgar & team! read more

Edgar is a saint! He went above and beyond for me. From assurance of the work and insurance coverage, to staying after hours, twice, to wait for me. I've never had such an outstanding customer service from a collision shop before. The work on my car was flawless! Even went so far as detailing my car after. Simply excellent. I would recommend to all my friends and family! read more

I was involved in a single car collision and the Gomez brothers took good care of my car.

My car was total loss, but I decided to keep it because Gabriel at Elite took the time to inspect it making sure the car could be repaired. In the repair process, Gabriel kept me updated of the progress, sending me videos and pictures of what was being done to the car. When the car was ready, I couldn't believe how NEW it looked: it looked as if it was getting out of the dealer as a brand new car!!!!! Customer service was exceptional, Gabriel is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I am extremely satisfied with this experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs it!!!! read more

The Gomez brothers are arguably some of the best in the business. I met both Gabriel and Edgar about a year and half ago and recently have done work to my Acura ILX. I got a huge crease and dent from a hit and run and they were able to handle my car quickly. In a matter of one day they were able to get my claim processed. They were able to get me into a rent a car and most importantly they were able to communicate with me throughout the whole time. Their staff is friendly and courteous. A family ran business for almost 20 years, the Gomez brothers are the real deal. Along with my dent they included: -Clay polish -Cleaned my engine bay -Buffed out some minor scratches -Fixed an issue with my bumper. Elite Collision, thank you for being an honest business. They aimed way beyond my expectations. Completely satisfied with my vehicle and madly in love with it again. Before you leave ask for the "Light Show" its worth it! Thanks Edgar and Gabriel. read more

Over the years ive had two cars come into this shop the first my 2016 scion frs which was rear ended... everything was fine... about a year later i got a new 2017 subaru sti and was in a front end accident i took it here because i trusted edgar and his team because of the previous work that had been done. A month later i go to pick up my car .. mlm.(A MONTH!! ) and the car has noticeable body panel gaps and because i had a carbob hood they proceeded to day it was the hood that wouldnt let everything align properly... WRONG i got and oem hood all the panels lined up that same... they rushed the car took my money and basically told me to screw myself and wouldnt rework it unless i paid again ... i ended up taking it somehere else and spent another 2k after spending 3k here to begin with... stay away save yourself the time and money and get it done right somewhere else the first time. Edgar isnt as trust worthy as he may seem.... and the works are just as bad. STAY AWAY P.s. if you wanna seee the horrendous work that was done to my car i oosted pictures on here as well. read more

This place is really not the shop to take your car for any body or paint job they do half ass jobs and also treat the customers bad when you point out the bad stuff they left out a lot of my bumper edges weren't painted correctly they paint my bumper twice and still didn't get it right. The owner was nice the first time I meet him the second time he wasn't happy to see me really poor service read more

This isn't my first time coming to this shop so I thought I was going to have a good experience again like I did the first time I came. This time wasn't like the first at all, as far and finding out about my car I had to keep calling them and when they were suppose to call me when my car was ready, they never did. I had to call them each time because I wasn't given any type of update on my car and I had to call them to ask if I can finally pick up my car since they never did. I was kind of disappointed this time around. read more

Edgar went ABOVE & BEYOND fixing my Honda. I only had the car for a month before someone rear-ended me. I was super upset, being that the car is only a month old, and didn't know who I could trust to fix it. My sister recommended me to Edgar @ Elite Collision because he fixed her Solara when she thought it was totaled. I took my car to Edgar, he gave me a great price, and I dropped my car off the next week. It only took 2.5 days to fix my car and Edgar even picked me up at Enterprise when I dropped off my rental. He brought me back to check my car out and not only was my car fixed PERFECT and like brand new again, but it was cleaned inside and out. Edgar is an awesome guy and I highly recommend him. He gives great car advice and really knows what he's doing. read more

Wow! I will start off with saying it was not my first choice at first. I went to visit the location after my 2017 mini van was crashed (front end damage) it had to be towed to my house. I wanted to see how they were as far as customer service. As soon as I walked in they addressed me and I had Miguel work with me. He took time to explain there work experience and a history of who they are. That was a great experience. BUT the end result on the work dome on the mini van was incredible. The communication was amazing. I felt like I was informed perfectly on the progress of the work. Highly recommended and the work speaks even more of a highly experienced shop. 5 stars- customer service 5 stars- on quality work read more

I contact Elite Auto Collision (co-owner Derrick Luo) in El Monte, CA and Mr Luo provided an estimate for my car repair. He also took photos of both front and rear body damages of the car and submitted an estimate to Allstate. The repair took almost three weeks. When I returned to pick up the car, the rear body damages were acceptably repaired/replaced, but the right front damage was missing a part and not repaired. Mr Luo told me that he will need to order the parts from Mercedes and asked me to return to the shop one week later to have the parts fitted and the front fender repaired. I believed Mr. Luo and picked up the car from the shop. After a week, I tried to call and text Mr Luo on numerous occasions on his cell phone (cell number: 626-560-0997) and he did not respond to my inquiries (prior to picking up my car, he always responded to my inquiries). After many attempts, I realized that he deceived me and will not answer my calls or texts. I immediately called Allstate and reported the incident. After verifying what Mr Luo had submitted to Allstate for the auto repair, I realized that Mr Luo did not submit any repair work on the right front damages of the car! Allstate asked me to submit a supplemental claim and seek another body shop to repair the right front damages of the car. In addition, Allstate advised me to file a complaint against Elite Auto Collision/Derrick Luo (cell number: 626-560-0997). Elite Collision Center, 11134 Rush St, South El Monte, CA 91733 read more

Took in my Toyota Solara after totaling the entire right front and side. I thought my car would never be the same again but the Elite Collision Center does incredible work for the best price! I have never taken my car to a place that paid such attention to detail. My car was in desperate need of some body, mechanical, paint, and frame work and needless to say, I was very impressed with the results! They had genuine concern for my car's well being and brought my car back to life. The staff was so helpful and would call me to voice any concerns throughout the process. I am usually very critical but was left speechless when I finally saw my car, it looked brand new! I just want to say, we were VERY SATISFIED with the service we received from the people at Elite Collision... Frank and Edgar were very accommodating and informative. The work on the car was no less than excellent....!!! And that's without exaggeration...!!! They went above what was expected and polished up the headlights that were worn with damage from the sun... something that other centers charge over $100 for...! The bumper was upgraded for a very reasonable price and was done in approximately 2-3 days!!! I'm definitely going to refer this place to all my friends and family who needs a high quality collision center for body work. It's a family owned business, which makes it even more personalized. Keep up the GREAT WORK, Frank & Edgar!!! read more

Unfortunately I have had my fair share of experience with collision centers/auto-repair shops from many different past incidents in which I have been involved with (in my defense 90% of the time not my fault), nevertheless, I know service and attention to detail when I see it; not to mention I am picky about who touches my car, drives it, repairs it, installs anything on it, and even washes any of my cars. Edgar and the Elite Collision Center team are a set of professional and service forward individuals, that provide you nothing but exceptional service (not to mention the reasonable pricing and turn-around time). This the place where I most definitely trust my cars being worked on and I felt this same vibe since the first time I met Edgar. Edgar has been running his businesses in this same fashion since I knew him and I cannot be any more pleased with how he has and continue to treat me every time I've needed help. I do commend him on how he has kept this service and atmosphere up to par. Workmanship and service are the most important things to me when it comes to repair shops, and Elite Collision Center does not lack these things at all. His workers have always repaired all my damages to exactly the way I wanted, and when any imperfections arose (if any) Edgar assured me it would get fixed and repaired before I drove off. They have always been able to take care of any type of work I have given them; matted re-painting, dented door panels, full rear end damage repair, etc... And as mention the service that Edgar has always been able to provide is excellent, ranging from the daily follow-up calls he does when he is working on your vehicle to the ability to drive to a location if need be when you may not have a ride. He simply makes you feel comfortable and gives you the peace of mind your car is in good hands. I recommend Elite Collision Center, thanks again Edgar and the guys at Elite. My 2000 Toyota Camry was sideswiped. The damage appeared purely aesthetic. The insurance of the party who hit me sent my car to a place in Temple City (which I've blasted for being so poor). They cut a whole in the side of the door. After telling them I didn't want their business, I took the settlement check and looked elsewhere. Through a referral, I ended up with Elite. Edgar and his staff were receptive to my needs from the get-go. Edgar provided a reasonable quote and gave me assurances the car would be ready. After a week, I figured I should get everything fixed so I asked him to replace some door handles, fix a seat, and replace the windshield. No problem! In the end, the car looks better than new. All the small stuff and care Edgar put into the car shows. No matter the size of the job, I highly recommend Elite! read more

I work in this area, so I needed somewhere to take my car when I needed some collision repairs. I wasn't sure of any good places I could trust, but I stumbled upon this place and long story short, I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. This place does phenomenal work and their staff is all about customer service. Edgar was great at keeping me updated on the progress, and Alondra in the office wouldn't let you say no to some free coffee or snacks if you had to wait for anything. I've never been inspired by other businesses to sign up a yelp account in particular to leave my comments and ratings before until coming across Elite Collision Center. I am really a lazy girl. I cordially feel Elite would be a great helper for you during a depressing car damage. I would liken the technicians in Elite to be magicians. They could just handle however badly the car is damaged. Crowds of car "patients" are waiting along the street and in the yards for the magic. Highly recommendable! Four days ago, the left rear bumper of my parked car was accidentally backed into. I instantly appointed with Derick for a quote and check on site in late afternoon. He was being patient and professional. It was beautifully fixed like nothing had happened. An episode here... The cap behind was missing, as the workers might have put it somewhere while spray painting (It was completely understandable, as the cap is just too small. I came to know later that it was found and put back in place ten minutes after I left). In order to save my time, Derick asked to send my car directly to my office on the following morning (I could have saved them much trouble and time if I had waited for a little while - -! ). He kept his word, and I received my car early the next morning. Also, he helped wash it. He did not need to, though. Derick also took the initiative and helped with two apparent scratches on the trunk lid. My appreciation was beyond words. I guess the most I could do is to let more friends in need get to know Elite and enjoy its reasonable price, high sense of responsibility and devotion. Everyone there is being nice and welcoming, and even a girl like me, without any common sense of car stuff, could feel the professionalism, the service, the price and everything. You do not want to miss it. p.s. I experienced a car crash by a reckless lady three months before, and there were some extensive scratches on the left two doors. It cost two thousands bucks in a body shop in DTLA. Derick showed me a comparison of the two jobs. Elite's paint was more professional and exquisite, and things were clearly reflected in it. But the reflection in the two-thousand-dollar paint was...rather blurred. I would rather have not learned it... My heart was bleeding, LOL.... It could have saved much time and money if I'd known Elite early~~~+ + I am a new Yelper. I have no idea how to embed pictures taken on site... read more

This is the first time i rate a body shop. Elite Collision center was referred by my mechanic. I usually go with the big names. Even though they also did a good job, this time i decide to try a different company because my insurer has not finalized to waive the deductible. I certainly would not want to pay the deductible although i knew i am not the one at fault. Their price was so reasonable. Derek/Frank are in charge of my repair. They are very friendly and patient. The end result was so surprising. My 2011 Honda CRV was finished just like a brand new car. I couldn't be more satisfied. I think people usually write review on bad news.
