Don't judge the book by its cover. Sitting in a dirt lot, if not for its signs, this mostly nondescript "shack" can easily be missed by many. But, if you are looking for a true barber shop experience and, especially masterfully "elite" hair cut and related services, DO NOT pass Elite Barber Services by! Come in and let Mike or Tony take care of you. Mike and Tony are passionate about their craft. They take the time to make each cut right. Each cut is treated as a masterpiece. It is a true joy watching these masters at work. The strong support from the regulars is a true testament of their dedication for quality. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, friendly and fun. R&B and hip hop fills the air. And, just when you think it could not be any more fun, Mike does break out with the tunes from time to time. But, be warned, because it is a small place and their fans are many, the place could fill up quickly and patience to wait your turn is a must. But, good things do come to those who wait. Elite Barber Service is top notch! I pulled up to a small structure on Ocotillo Rd. and knew that I was going to be in for a treat. The barber, Mike was very nice and helpful. He helped my son with his cut and helped the mom (me) with the logistics lol. I am impressed with the quality of work you provided. This was our first visit to a barber shop and I'm glad we came in. Thanks again for your help and professionalism; we will be back! read more

Was late for our appointment and they took care of us. My twin boys liked their hair cut. Very professional.

Recently located to the area and didn't want to drive far for a haircut. I was definitely pleased with the results of my haircut. I will see them again. Keep up the great work!!! read more

Have drove by this location numerous times and decided today to stop on in. Very friendly and accommodating barber shop. Was made to feel right at home the second I walked in the door. Both gentlemen took their time with their clients and took pride in what they were doing. Extremely happy with the end results of my visit. I have found my go to barber!! On my way out both gave me a shout out by name and thanked me for coming in. read more

This barber has skills that this area lacks. Just wish he had more chairs. Just be prepared to wait but it's worth the time.

Just recently relocated to the area and was recommended to this shop. The guys are professional and can cut! I think I have found a home for my cuts. Guys keep up the great work! read more

The most talented man works here, you can tell he's been at his craft for many years and knows just what to do with hair. My boyfriend who has thick Cuban hair came in for a fade and trim on top and this was the best haircut he has ever received! Highly, highly recommend this shop. read more

I actually picked this place because of the one bad review - because basically that review was complaining of how busy they were. Anyway, today I got my first haircut from "Mike The Barber", and I have to tell you the reason they are so busy is likely because they take the time to do a detailed haircut, and an exceptional job. It's good to have a professional barber in town. And it's good to finally get a good haircut in QC. Thanks Mike, it was good to meet you and Ray. read more

I called the Elite Barber Service @12:50pm on Sunday afternoon to see if they were still taking walk-ins and I immediately received a text response asking me to text them!?? I complied and responded via text asking if I could get a shape up that afternoon? The person responded and said if I could get there by 3 that would be perfect.. I then asked who should I ask for and was advised to ask for Ray! I arrived to my appointment at 3:00pm, when I walked in, I asked for Ray. Ray looked surprised, I explained to him what happened and how I got his name. Ray apologized because not only had he not been advised by his business partner, who made the appointment with him, but he had taken his last client for the day. So I wasted 2 hours waiting for this appointment to arrive and not receive service due to poor communication and the lack of professionalism by the owner! To add insult to injury, 2 hrs later the owner text me back, not to apologize but to insult my intelligence by saying: (please be advised, these are his exact words: "I just got your text I told you to be in the shop by 3 o'clock that would be person that was not an appointment that so you would will get in before they take the last cut so that's badd understanding on your part" (his words verbatim... what business owner talks like that??? It's SAD because he never said that in his initial response to me, had he said said that I would have went to the barber shop immediately opposed to waiting for an appointment he is now saying I didn't have!!! ‍ read more

Fantastic job! Great customer care. Friendly quick and good pricing. Finally found a barber shop I can "call home" thanks so much guys

My family really loves mike! My boys all look forward to getting a cut from him. He hired another barber to work in his establishment and we weren't thrilled with that persons work but will continue to go to Mike the owner! My kids can sit down and he will know just what to do! And for a mama or boys that's everything. So if you are looking for a new barber check him out! Support Local businesses! read more
