Brian and his team are just plain good people that do excellent work. I called around and spoke to other local businesses and Brian was the most communicative. He treated me well, was patient and answered all of my questions. His team installed some PPF to the front of our new vehicle. They also ceramic coated the paint, tinted a couple windows and the car looks fantastic. When we dropped off the car he invited me into the shop to show me in person the work being done on some of the other cars in the shop. When we picked up the car, we had a very nice conversation with Brian and he gave me some pointers on how to properly maintain the PPF and the ceramic coating. As someone who is very much into the details, I was extremely impressed with Elite Auto Wrap and I will definitely be recommending this shop to friends and family. Their pricing was also very competitive in my opinion. Give them a call. read more

The guys at Elite Auto did an amazing job on my car. I had front PPF, front and side window tint as well as ceramic coating applied. The car not only looks showroom condition again, but also will be protected and look new for years to come. Detailed explanation of the services and walk thru upon completion. I'm writing this review to warn others--do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. I brought my car in for window tint and PPF, and the quality of work was completely unacceptable. The windshield tint has visible bubbling and lifting that they have failed to fix after multiple attempts. Even worse, my paint was scratched during the PPF installation--something that should never happen at a professional shop. It's clear there was careless cutting involved. What's even more frustrating is how they handled it. Instead of taking responsibility, I was treated with complete disrespect. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like my concerns didn't matter at all. I've dealt with plenty of shops over the years, and this is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a customer since the days when this was Elite Clear Bra under Craig, and the difference is night and day. Back then, quality and customer satisfaction actually meant something. Now, it feels like they don't care unless you're driving something exotic. Between the poor workmanship, damage to my vehicle, and the way I was treated, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this place. I will never be coming back, and I'll be making sure no one I know does either. Absolutely unacceptable experience. read more

These guys are best of the best. I used them on my 2024 Porsche 911 based on recommendation from Porsche Irvine who said they only use Elite. Crazy attention to detail and remove lot of parts to get the edges exactly right. I did colored PPF which is more challenging than vinyl. Couldn't be happier with the results! Brian and the installers are super passionate, knowledgeable and detail oriented. See pics, even the super hard spots like mirror indentations flawless. read more

Craig at Elite Auto Wrap (formerly Elite Clear Bra) is absolutely fantastic! I have used them twice. I am a perfectionist and the clear bra looks perfect. It looks so good that you can't even tell it is there. I had it installed on the front bumper of my car, headlights, and mirrors. read more

Craig at Elite Clear Bra was responsive and timely on all communications for quoting, planning, recommendations, execution, and handling minor questions and concerns. Very professional. We had front end PPF, full ceramic tint, and ceramic paint protection and everything turned out great! Not sure how to rate the value other than our car is now protected and the heat from the sun is significantly reduced. It also looks great. The PPF was applied extremely well and even though they don't advertise "hidden" or fully wrapped edges like many other companies, the result is practically invisible except upon very close inspection. Our older car with "fully" wrapped edges is the same if not worse in many areas. Our car came from the factory with many blemishes and minor defects and their paint correction step minimized and eliminated much of it. The darkness and shade of the ceramic nano particle tint we selected is great and it doesn't even cause too many color artifacts when wearing polarized lenses. The clarity and heat rejection is excellent, especially on the windshield. A one-stop shop for Xpel was important to us so as to minimize multiple appointments and disruptions to use of the car. They were very efficient and completed everything in an overnight process having dropped it off in the morning. read more

It's been a little over two years since I got my Tesla fully wrapped and tinted here so I'm way overdue for a review haha. They were really accommodating and talked me through every step of the process to make sure I was certain on what I wanted and kept me updated regularly as well. I went with xpel stealth for the body wrap and xpel for the tint as well and they have both held up beautifully over the last two years. I've definitely had a few rocks and road debris come my way that have damaged the wrap a little bit but that's what it's there for and from what I can see the paint held up underneath. I would definitely recommend these guys and would definitely come back again read more

Was turned onto this business a year ago by my car broker. Took my wife's BMW and met Craig. What an amazing guy with tons of experience/knowledge. We had the Xpel Premium package with Xpel tint put on and have been happy with it since with no issues. I recently bought a new car and knew where my first stop was. Also, put on Premium Pkg./tint and a couple other things covered up. With both cars, Craig took me in quickly and did EXCELLENT JOB!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THANKS Craig read more

Elite Clear Bra is just that, ELITE. I had them do a full body PPF Xpel Stealth wrap & Xpel ceramic coat on my brand new '21 Mercedes Benz E63s AMG. The car already had a matte (magno) paint from the factory which is why I went with the Stealth. Sandra at Elite Clear Bra has downright exceptional customer service! I had the car shipped directly from an out of state dealership to Elite Clear Bra. I live in Northern California so I couldn't be there to accept the vehicle. The drop off needed to happen on a Sat morning, and Sandra woke up early and met the driver at 8am on her day off! She inspected the car to make sure there was no damage and accepted the delivery of my new car. Wow! Throughout the process Sandra kept me updated with the progress they were making. It was really cool to see all of the step and how it all went down. Since I was flying into SoCal to pick up the car and drive it home Sandra even offered to pick me up at the airport. If that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is. All of this even before you take into account what I hired them to actually do, protect my new AMG. Elite Clear Bra does flawless work on the car itself. The Xpel Stealth wrap is perfect. They wrap all corners and curves making the wrap almost invisible. They removed the necessary items off the car to make sure the wrap protects every inch of the car. Some places will not remove tail lights, door handles, etc., but Elite Clear Bra does it all. I've had the car for a month now and washing it is an absolute breeze. I do a lot of freeway driving and now I don't have to worry about rock chips or scratches. Thanks Sandra & Elite Clear Bra! read more

This is the place to go in all of SoCal--even if you have to travel awhile to get it done here. A bunch of my client's super car club use Craig and he pays attention to every single little detail. He's been doing it forever and has mastered his craft. I've known Craig for a long time and he is thoughtful and thorough. If your car isn't right for a clear bra protectant he won't even take your money like you would expect a reasonable business to do. You can't even tell the wrap is on the car. Craig is the most professional clear bra wrap shop owner I have ever met. His work is just a piece of art, everything so clean and every detail are covered. He will extend the wrap a bit to avoid have any paint not covered. Craig also allowed me to drop my brand new RS Q8 at 11pm at night and that's my third time change the time because of the busy meeting schedule. Also Craig discovered a very tiny carbon fiber manufacturing defect which could be a case where Audi needs to get a new carbon fiber piece from German. Sandra is also really nice. She always keep me update on the status and kindly arrange the weekend pickup to fit my schedule. read more

I bought a new 2018 VW Golf R and wanted to protect the entire front by installing PPF and started to research which product I should use and who should install it. I quickly settled on Xpel Ultimate and Elite Clear Bra because both the product and installer have excellent reviews posted wherever I looked. I showed up at ECB one day after work and Craig immediately engaged with me to listen to my requirements tell me how he'd meet them, how much it would cost and when he could do the work. All very straightforward, professional and friendly. I arranged a day, dropped off the car and waited to hear when I could pick up the car. Because the '18 Golf R is a bit different than previous years Craig had to coordinate with Xpel on some of the pieces to install (all cut individually on premises) and had some issues with some sharp corners but he called and texted me to keep me in the loop about the delay and that I would still be able to pick up the car when he promised and that he'd stay late to deliver on that promise. When I picked up the car it was beautifully done and you could not tell the film was installed save for a couple of bubbles he took out as we both inspected the job. Not only did he go over the entire car but he showed me where the problem areas were, why they were difficult to install and how he worked to make them perfect as well as emphasizing how I could come back at any time to have any problems fixed if I found any. So far I have not found any issues so have not needed to return. Craig was very friendly, courteous and professional. When I picked up the car, even though it was late in the evening (he stayed to make sure my car was done) we still stood around and talked for an hour about cars and other things. So Craig is not only professional, he's a very nice person. It's been a couple months and the PPF has already protected my car from a rock which put a heavy chip into the PPF but I don't think through to the paint. If I want to replace that section, I know all I have to do is call up Craig and get it done. I highly recommend Elite Clear Bra and would not hesitate to go back for other cars or fixes to this one. Hopefully my pictures of the car come out attached to this review. Thanks Craig! read more

I've now had 5 cars wrapped by Elite and they're all fantastic. The guys there are all top notch, starting with the owner Craig. He's extremely fair about pricing and standing by his work. If something isn't right, he offers to fix it for you. He also is nice enough to do small extras without the nickel and diming I've experienced at the other wrap shop. I trust this shop. Where do I start? I called Craig on a late Friday evening because I wanted to get my front end protected before a road trip on Sunday! Craig has his office manager, Sandra, give me a call. Sandra was AMAZING. Super helpful and full of knowledge. I told Sandra I wanted to drop off my car early in the morning, before their normal business hours. She called her techs and she was able to accommodate my early 8AM drop off on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 750am and shortly afterwards, this lady pulls up in an awesome looking Tundra. It was Sandra. She went over the details of the work they were going to perform on my car. We already agreed on a price the day before. I'm balling on a budget! And they were able to work with me. I always want the best product for my car and "knock-off" prices. I even called around to a few other shops... and no one could touch ELITE's prices. Sandra was when enough to drop me off back in Santa Ana in her Tundra. I always wanted a Tundra but.... The service was done in about 4 hours. I came and picked up my car and the workmanship was spectacular. My front end looked better than new. As she handed me my Tesla key, she told me she had extra yes ok a key chain holder thingy that she would send me. Best customer service hands down. I'm hoping to come back here to get my tints before next summer. read more

Craig was a nice guy and accommodating. There was a little issue with some trapped debris on the first job he did. But I blame that more on the conditions he had to work in at the time (not at his shop) and not a reflection of his quality. Ultimately Craig gladly fixed the issue and the end result was great! Buying a new car buying is such an exciting experience. So when I wanted to protect my new baby, Scion FRS Monogram, I called multiple places and Craig was the only one that called me personally and told me about what he offered. I got to know him and felt at ease that he would do a great job. He mention he primary uses Xpel for the clear bra and wraps the edges around the hood and fenders. The Scion badge was taken off and place back on after the clear bra. Thumbs up there! From the experience, I learned that Craig is a super hard worker and very accommodating. After picking up my car at the dealer, I arranged a time to meet up with Craig. He was prompt and showed me around his shop. He does clear bras for expensive cars! Like Lambos, Audi R8s, and an Audi was sitting in his shop which was his previous project. After I saw his work and the quality of Xpel, I was sold that he would deliver. I chose to go with the Partial Front Coverage vs Full Front Coverage. If you can afford it, I would go with the Full Coverage as there won't be any transition between the clear bra and hood. With that said, the Partial Coverage looks great and you have to be very close to see this transition. A few feet away you can hardly tell there is even a clear bra. Craftsmanship is great. No bubbles, lint, edges wrapped super cleanly. After dropping off my car, I went to a birthday party. I later found out my friend knows of Craig and started raving how he does great work and is one of the best around the area. I knew I was in great hands. He even added extra protection at the door cups. I dislike those fingernail marks with a passion. They are the biggest eyesore. In Summary: I had a very positive experience with Craig. He went the extra mile and blew my expectations. I would definitely come back here in the future. Craig is a very hard worker and is great with what he does. read more

I'm a repeat customer since I know Craig and his team will do an exemplary job. I had Craig do a clear bra on my previous car covering the first 1/3rd of the hood. When I purchased my new Genesis G70, I held off on driving the car much until I could get the car in to Craig for a clear bra on the full front of the car (hood, bumper, fenders, headlights, mirrors). As usual, Craig and his team (Don) did an AMAZING job on the car. It is INVISIBLE! I have friends ask why clear-bra a car. One has come around and sees the huge advantage from rock chips that the clear bra provides. Another friend wishes he had applied the clear bra as the front of his car is well rock chipped. I purposely held off on driving the car much until I could find time from my work schedule to get it in to Craig to have this job done. Now I have peace of mind to drive the car anywhere knowing the paint is protected. Thanks Craig and Don! read more

Went to Craig about a three weeks ago for a clear bra frontal package and full car tint for my Model 3. Best experience I've had in a while. They did the PPF flawlessly in about 4-5 hours, while tinting the entire car plus roof and windshield at the same time. The convenience of offering both services was huge for me, and quality of the Xpel bra and tint are both top notch.
