He immediately dispatched a wrecker-truck to retrieve the car. The wrecker driver from Buddy's Towing, was very careful getting my car up onto the wrecker truck bed, and took it to Honest 1. Brad's people evaluated the damage, told me what parts were needed, and what the total estimated repair cost would be. Those in the know, suppliers charge list prices than give huge discount when invoiced. The actual cost. I was charged $254.00 over the actual cost for parts... If I bought the actual parts myself, over the counter, retail. I paid the $800.00 bill that should have been no more than $550.00 total, after I researched. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and can explain car issues/situations very well in a simple to understand explanation. They push towards OEM parts for just about everything, which isn't a bad thing. It's also good to know that what you are getting is OEM unless stated otherwise for any part replacement. Pricings also very good. Consistent with other shops in the area, Yes you can probably find a shop to do some stuff cheaper or a shop that would throw in a shady aftermarket part to make it a "cheap" fix. But if you respect your time and overall money. Since a cheap fix can lead to needing it to be fixed sooner than if it was done right the first time and/or with high quality parts. Than definitely come here. While it's not a major negative worth taking any stars off, but wait times can be high to get your car in to be seen/worked on. So make sure you have some type of alternative transportation while your car is here.
