Very disappointed in my experience shopping here. I originally came looking for a saddle pad, they had a pretty decent selection but not exactly what I was looking for. I ended up picking a pad that was supposed to be a nice cooling one for my horse but it unfortunately didn't work with my saddle and was very slippery. I brought it back to exchange for something that would work better and the owner refused the return because the pad had a little bit of dust on it. She said it was stained, I rubbed my hand on it a little and the dust started to brush off and mentioned that I could have washed it but then I definitely couldn't have returned it! She then went on to tell me I should have used a sheet on my horse and the saddle pad over it which would defeat the entire purpose or this specific pad and it's "cooling" properties. I mean the pad is white, it was already pretty dusty and lint sticks to it easily which I chose the cleanest looking one from the store in the first place. Their employees don't know what they are talking about when it comes to saddle pads and had no clue what to suggest to me by the way.. It cost me over $150, not to mention an hour of travel to have a worthless pad I can't use. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. read more

WOW If your looking for a new Cowboy Hat or a new pair of boots this is the place. The sizes of regular shoes seemed limited but I wouldn't know because we couldn't get anyone to help us and that is my only complaint. It seemed a bit pricey but they have quality products. Happy shopping! read more

Arcadia store was pleasant enough and there is a large selection of clothing...with that being said, I was unable to return a pair of boots for another size as they were on sale. Checked invoice and item on website, several other items as well...none stated no returns on item. Unable to exchange for correct size or spend more on another pair of boots. Do not understand customer service. read more

Don't judge a book by its cover, sign is faded and building is older. Walk in to great staff and plenty to choose from. I took my wife here for her birthday and all the girls took great care of her. We drove an hour and a half to get here and we will be back. read more

One word WOW! I could drop a few thousand in this place with no problem....if I had it to spend. LOL You will find such an incredible variety of western clothing here! They also carry jewelry, fragrances, boots, riding supplies, decor, and other miscellaneous items. Plan to spend at least an hour browsing the racks! Did not give 5 stars only because of smaller tack inventory but they actually do have items that i would normally shop for, such as decent selection of cinchas, pads, and a pretty good rope selection, some bits, a few saddles...is ok. Most in the cowboy world are not buying our things at the local western store anyhow. Well, ourselves do not anyway. Otherwise was a really good clothing selection here. Boots was not huge selection but ok. Most western wear needs would be satisfied here. read more

Great selection of boots. Kids, women's and men's! Our son picked out a new pair of boots and a salt life hat that was youth size. Its hard to find youth hats that aren't cartoon. They have a great selection of belts, and cowboy hats too. When I have more time I will go back too boot shop for myself!! read more

A western boot is an investment but a boot unlike other shoes will last you 20 or more years, you will wear out before the boot!
