How do you turn these stars up to 11? Because that's where Eliot and his team deserve to be. In a futile effort to use these keys as a brush to paint a picture of how great an attorney he truly is, I will attempt my best. I come from a family of seven kids. I'm the direct middle child of four girls and three boys. My youngest sister was in a car accident some years ago and Eliot handled her case. With coming from such a big family, we undoubtedly look out for one another. The entire time she was going through her lawsuit, she would tell me how much she was impressed by her attorney. From his hilarious sense of humor to how straightforward and on the ball he was. Out of all seven of us, her and I are the most alike. Needless to say I trusted her judgement when I was in a motorcycle accident and asked her who she thought I should contact.I'm glad I did! She referred me to Eliot and his team. From the first time I spoke with Eliot over the phone regarding my case, the absolute first thing he inquired about was my health and well-being. Not for the case but for the fact that he GENUINELY CARES ABOUT YOU!! I was always taught that you can tell you found a good doctor when they walk in the room and ask about you and how you are truly doing in a sincere heartfelt manner. Well Eliot would be the epitome of that example. He is "a man among men." He also cares about you being compensated appropriately for what you have.....what you are........and what you will endure. Saying I am impressed with his ability to track down the individual responsible and his efficacy in how he handled the entire process from start to finish would be a complete understatement. My family will always use him as our representation. One thing I can tell you with absolute certainty is that our family got just a little bit bigger.... If you're looking for a personal injury lawyer then your search just ended. Do yourself a favor and call this man to represent you. There's no way you could go wrong and you'll be happy you did. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. Eliot was there for me when I was in a hit and run accident that left me with two broken ankles. He was very kind and caring and got me the help I needed to stay afloat during my time of need with suggestions for how to make my home and work accessible and what actions I should take to ensure I healed to my fullest. Eliot never gave up searching to find the person that caused the accident and in the end he found me justice. He is very communicative and let me know everything that was going on in the court process. He is a selfless individual that will get you the justice you desire. I loved and appreciated every moment I worked with him. Thanks so much Eliot! read more

My husband suffered from back pain directly related to a motorcycle accident. The accident left him with decreased mobility causing inability to work our self-employed business. The final result of the accident was back surgery which placed us further behind. Our current insurance policy only covered a small portion of our expenses. Eliot Reiner took our case and through his expertise managed to get us the settlement we deserved. My husband and I are very pleased with the settlement Eliot acquired for us, plus the way funds were divided was fair to all. Eliot's expertise was above and beyond what we expected and we are grateful for his assistance with our claim. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I came to Eliot in 2020 after being involved in a car accident. A person ran a red light at an excessive speed and hit me. Even though I had witnesses and was clearly in the right they tried to blame me. I know I needed help and Eliot had been recommended to me by a friend. Him and Courtney went above and beyond. Not only did they do their job and take it very seriously, it was more than that. They truly cared about me and my well being. They made me feel heard and respected. This accident caused me a lot of pain from injury and grief, I could not work at the same capacity I normally did, my mental health plummeted and I was having to see Drs and go to physical therapy all of which Eliot helped me find and figure out. My case was finally finished in my favor! Money aside Eliot and Courtney very much helped me through this tough time. I can not recommend Eliot Reiner enough!! read more

I really enjoyed Elliot AND his office staff, they were all very personable and I left with the impression that they really do care. What can I say about ELiot and his team other then he took our problem and made it his own. My family went through the most horrible of situations and from the very beginning he was compassionate and sincere when he took on our case. From the very first day he spoke to my family and got knowledge of the situation, he treated it with respect and he made our issue his issue. I have met many people in my life, but I have never met someone like ELiot, he made me and my family believe that there's still good people in the world and that they are only looking out for your best regards. He made my parents trust in someone and something again and although my family will never be the same at least we know that ELiot will always have our back. ELiot and his law firm are compassionate and understanding and more importantly they care which is something that lacks with people nowadays. Hands down I wouldn't work with anyone other than him and his team because I don't think I would get the same treatment and compassion and understanding anywhere else but with him. read more

I had never had to use an attorney before and selected Eliot Reiner from reviews online. I had also wanted to use an attorney not associated with a large law firm. Eliot was PERFECT! He not only gave me great individual attention by answering questions in a timely manner but definitely knew what he was doing. Legally he took charge of the claim and honored all his commitments to a tee but became a trusted friend and advisor. He was also knowledgably when it came to health care and his advice sure helped me to get the care I needed. He is not in this field for the money, I can tell you that. He does this because he GENUINELY cares for people. I hired Eliot last year after being involved (as a passenger) in a motorcycle accident. I initially wasn't going to hire a personal injury attorney because of all the horrible things I've heard about them. My boyfriend hired a local law firm and they recommended I hire Eliot because of his excellent reputation and, after much discussion with my boyfriend, I decided to hire Eliot. Long story short...I am so grateful to have been referred to Eliot because he's very customer focused, knowledgeable, personable, hard-working and truly cares about his clients. What a surprise for me!! Eliot was very responsive, even after-hours and on weekends. He was tenacious in getting the best settlement for me and working with my lienholders to reduce their fees. He treated me like family & I couldn't have asked for a more generous or caring person to take my case. I got into a car accident on Christmas Eve and had trouble getting medical treatment that night & was worried I'd be stuck with some neck and back problems. Eliot pushed me to get in to see a doctor and even helped me find places that could treat me in Sacramento. I could not recommend him more if you have a car accident injury. After much research I found Eliot Reiner, liked his credentials and what people had to say about him, and decided to schedule an initial appointment to discuss the trauma I experienced. I can tell you that was the best decision I could have possibly made. I have some experience with the big fancy corporate law firms and know what it's like to be treated like a number and to never ever get face time with those mysterious far off people who represent your case. Not so with Eliot. Eliot is an extremely personable and caring individual who makes it his mission to win big time for you. Eliot will give you an honest assessment of your case. He'll make sure you understand the process from beginning to middle to end. He always makes time to hear your concerns. When Eliot takes your case he's all in. I met with Eliot many times over the course of the litigation (even on his birthday) and got to know him well. Eliot is a pleasure to work with. He's laid back and funny and extremely intelligent. I always felt comfortable laying out very personal case related details, not an easy thing for me to do. I trust Eliot and now consider him to be a good friend. The bottom line is that if you are reading this then you are in need of a lawyer who fights hard and who fights smart and who will be committed to you as an individual. You need a lawyer who is going to win you a life changing outcome. That's Eliot. Five stars. read more

This review is my personal opinion, and is based on my personal experience. Best representation one can ever ask for. Not just a lawyer, but someone who cares about you as an individual. After the car accident, I was in a very miserable place with my injury. Eliot was not only there to represent me, but also provided his help and support throughout the whole process and beyond. He was ready to do whatever it takes to make sure I get fully compensated for my injury. Unlike other lawyers, Eliot was accessible and worked with me directly.
