Eason and Tambornini, A Law Corporation ROCKS!…read more I have been represented by Kyle Tambornini since approximately 2016 on a few cases, and I can confidently say that Kyle and his entire team are exceptional. When I look back on the years they worked with me, one thing stands out clearly: Kyle never promised me anything he could not guarantee. What he did promise was that he would work hard for me, and he absolutely followed through. To have your attorneys number and have him answer when you have questions has been such a satisfaction, I can't explain to you the comfort it made me feel. Kyle and his team guided me through every step of each case with patience, clarity, and professionalism. They made sure I understood what was happening, what my options were, and what the next steps would be. I never felt lost or confused because they were always there to explain everything in a way that made sense. Thanks to their dedication, persistence, and teamwork, I was awarded a settlement far larger than I ever expected. Their commitment to doing things the right way and fighting for the best possible outcome truly paid off. If you want a law firm that is honest, hardworking, and genuinely invested in your success, Eason and Tambornini is the team you want in your corner. First post many years ago: So far so good, not a lot of communication but it may be stuff I DONT UNDERSTAND. I was lucky enough to be represented by Tim, and he went above-and-beyond to ensure that I was heard, and was compensated for my injuries from an auto accident. Tim and his team worked tirelessly with the other insurance company to recover the maximum allowable for me for my medical costs, and pain and suffering. Because Demas Law Group has been in business for so long - and is so well-regarded - they have great knowledge and connections, and these go a long way with helping to move cases forward. A big thanks to Tim, Katelyn and the rest of the Demas Law Group Team!

Six Stars - The extra Star is needed because Dan and Margaret are in a class all by themselves…read more I discussed my (car) accident with numerous attorneys before selecting this firm. Fortunately, I left a message for Margaret, who immediately returned my phone call, to discuss the potentials of my case. The respect, professionalism, and comfort I felt from our discussion sealed the deal. Ultimately, Dan was my litigation attorney that, in hindsight, proved brilliant. Throughout my ordeal, we discussed my health, injuries, and the best way to address all issues. Dan was always cognizant of the litigation portion of my case and explained to me, in layman's terms, the best approach for the most positive outcome. It was refreshing to see that Dan was always one step ahead of the defendant's litigation team. In conclusion, we settled faster and for much more compensation than anybody, including the other attorneys, expected. With Dan's help, I'm healthier, wealthier, and a little bit wiser. -Remington Caldwell

I retained Phoong Law Firm in March for my personal injury case. Initially, the intake and…read morepaperwork process went smoothly, and I provided all the requested evidence and information. After that, I was told to wait for a referral for chiropractic treatment. Unfortunately, the process moved very slowly. When I finally received a referral, my experience with the chiropractor was disappointing. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment after rearranging my entire morning to be there, only to find that the provider was not available. I received no phone call, email, or notice that the appointment would not be honored. Because of that experience, I informed the law firm that I did not want to continue treatment with that provider and requested a referral to someone else. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication, and it took quite a while before any progress was made. Then, two days ago, I received an email and voicemail informing me that my case had been terminated due to the delay in obtaining treatment. I was surprised and frustrated because much of the delay was outside of my control. The original provider's failure to show up and the lengthy wait for a replacement referral significantly contributed to the timeline. Based on my experience, communication and case management could have been handled more efficiently. Clients should not be penalized for delays caused by referral issues and provider availability. I hope the firm improves its communication and coordination process for future clients.
