They were full but managed to reserve us a table at 8.30. Arriving a little early, the weather was slightly inclement (OK it was peeing down), we were guided to the bar for a pre-dinner drink. I now realise why Northerners complain about London prices. A double Grey Goose vodka for £4.50, a no brainer. At 8.30 exactly, our table was ready. Fantastic menu, delicious food and impeccable service. To start I ordered antipasto for one. This plateful arrived. The waitress explained that this was for one, with a smile. Obviously, the kitchen had made a mistake and plated up for two. One the final bill, antipasto for one. I cannot recommend this restaurant any more, almost a five star in my opinion. Only drawback was the final coffee was very bitter. However, a minor drawback. Great Italian atmosphere, noisy but welcoming.

We went with quite a large party and found ourselves waiting quite a while. The food is really good quality though a little pricy. There's a big array of pizzas and pastas and other italian foods. The desserts are nice though the choice of ice cream for children is very limited. The staff are really nice here and polite. Generally a nice spot for birthdays and celebrations. The Europa Restaurant is known in the local area for their value for money and offering the best Parmos in town. The Europa is located on Borough Road; they offer a variety of home cooked meals which are always popular. On a weekend the atmosphere in this restaurant is extremely lively, most of the people here have been out drinking all day/night and now fancy something nice to eat. In saying that that atmosphere is not a bad one it may be rowdy but it is not offensive by any means. If you are ever in Middlesbrough then you have to try this restaurant
