When I got home to see my staged back yard, the slider door very difficult to open due to the metal rail out of the track. I took a video and called my real estate agent right away. It is 3 days to my house going live on the market and I have a door problem. The door has to be muscled shut so it had to be very obvious when they pulled it shut that something was wrong. The second is that they left my side gate propped open with a brick. When we got home, we did not see it was open. So our dog got out. It took us an hour driving 2 cars around the neighborhood before we found our dog. These two problems have created and will continue to create a lot of stress and expense that should not be.
