I'm listing the $8 spent in coffee as a charitable donation on my taxes due to such a poor experience. Ordered one medium coffee with cream and one decaf cafe americano with cream. Got two decaf and neither had cream. The coffee had no character or flavor. Thought it odd the coffee was up so fast since they had to do a pour over; at other coffee places, that takes at least five minutes, not one. First and last visit. Supporting local businesses is important, but I won't support cutting corners with coffee or espresso. If you're a barista, one of the simplest drinks to make is an iced latte. It should take about ~25 seconds to pull a shot and ~15 seconds to pour the milk to cool the shot and top it off with ice. Which is no exaggeration. At Exit 11, however, if you order an iced latte (16oz), you can expect--what I'm going to assume is--a shot or so of pre-pulled espresso squirted into a cup of ice, topped off with some milk, which comes at you for a price of $4.90. I'm unfortunately unable to describe the espresso flavor because my drink was mostly milk, but it was smooth, I suppose. Usually, one can expect 2 shots of espresso in a 16oz drink, 1 shot in a 12oz. I'm really not sure if I got an entire shot, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Disappointed all-in-all, but the shop offers a nice place for small get-togethers, both business and/or casual. Pastry items are good. Nothing more, nothing less to say. read more

Stumbled on this great find about a month ago while passing through. I have to eat GF and this little place offered some great options! The chicken salad sandwich served with Billy Goat chips (GF and another small, local business) was delicious and totally hit the spot. And my Frappe was a real treat!!! Great espresso, great service! Very knowledgeable staff and the owner is a true coffee aficionado. Worth the trip up the hill. This shop is located in a business building office on the first floor. Not sure about all his drinks. Just know his espresso is good. Apparently the biz had more 5-star reviews, but Yelp removed them because their algorithm flagged them as suspicious. Bollocks! Found this place on Yelp and I am so glad we did! Scott was our barista and he was amazing! So kind and knowledgeable about the craft of coffee. They make their own flavors, vanilla, coconut, hazelnut, and pumpkin spice. I decided to be basic today and got myself a pumpkin spice latte and holy crap it is so tasty! Scott even knew how to make a flat white for the hubby, something hard to find and hard to master. We cannot wait to come back and try more from this place! The parking lot is a little small but the inside opens up to a beautifully decorated cozy caffe. Trust me on this, don't miss out! read more

This place is great. A bit hard to find as it is a suite in an office building. It does have direct access outside and a banner outside.
