We have used Elon for our elevator needs for years. Recently, we had an issue with 1of our 2 elevators. it was a complex issue that although took longer than we hope for (we are a hotel) to get it fixed, the technicians kept at it for multiple days and finally were able to get our elevator back up and running. They worked in conjunction with a software company and together were able to fully restore our elevator. Thanks to all who made it happen. read more
