As…read morefirst-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to be thoughtful and thorough throughout the process. Rebecca and Michelle were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Rebecca brought a tremendous amount of experience, practical guidance, and market insight. She helped us think through offer strategy, negotiation, inspection concerns, contract terms, and the many details that come up between going under contract and closing. Her advice was direct, knowledgeable, and valuable at each step, especially when we needed to make decisions quickly but still wanted to feel confident. Michelle was also wonderful to work with. She was kind, responsive, patient, and consistently helpful throughout the process. She made communication easy and helped keep things moving smoothly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Together, Rebecca and Michelle made a great team. They helped us find a home we love, guided us through the moving pieces of the transaction, and made sure we felt supported all the way to closing. We always felt like they were looking out for us and helping us make informed decisions rather than pushing us in any particular direction. We are now moved in and very happy with the home. We are grateful for all of their work and would absolutely recommend Rebecca and Michelle to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

Rebecca (Becky) with Eaton Realty is exactly what you want in your corner when selling a…read morehome--action-oriented, detail-focused, communicative, transparent, and highly market-savvy. We went from listing to sale in about 5 months--faster than many comparable homes in Fishhawk Ranch. Becky understands that it's you vs. the market, and she knows how to position you to win. I always recommend meeting multiple agents for a decision this important--but Rebecca should absolutely be one of them. This comes from someone who has both sold homes and trained real estate agents. We've also worked with Eaton on the property management side, and the experience has been just as strong. They maintained the home to a high standard through every phase--residence, rental, and eventual sale--over a 4-year period. Communication was consistent (same or next day), and work orders were handled quickly and professionally. Their fees may be slightly higher than some competitors, but the value is clear--you get what you pay for in this business. Eaton Realty is the complete package. Highly recommend.

I have been a tenant of this organization and they have lowered their standards and increased the…read morerent consistently every year. I have rodents and they refuse to fumigate, they will only perform the bare minimum due to cost. Meanwhile they have consistently increased my rent every year. They blame tenants for trash in the yard, when they refuse to provide a dumpster, they'd rather just put multiple trash cans in front of the complex that blow over and are horrible curb appeal. Maintenance doesn't respond in a timely manner to requests and frankly their properties are outdated with old fixtures. I have to replace a long halogen kitchen bulb as a tenant without maintenance. Who has those in their kitchens any longer? Property Management is actually providing management services. Vintage provides" property avoidance" services. They constantly request paperwork for pets, monthly fees for filters that aren't needed and can't be reached to be changed anyways. It's just another way to nickel and dime the tenant. Meanwhile when something needs repaired they refuse to do it, or claim it's the tenants responsibility. Take my advice, worst place I have ever rented from. I wish I could break this lease, but they're so money hungry they would certainly retaliate. This organization is absolutely awful and deserves negative stars... They should be ashamed to have tenants knowingly living with rats and to do the bare minimum due to costs. It's not about tenant satisfaction with Vintage it's about getting your money despite your satisfaction. Run do not walk away from this organization. Horrible place! I can't wait to walk away from this organization. Please do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, I truly wish I had!!!

**If you are considering building a West Bay home, please consider going with any other company…read morebesides West Bay!*** West Bay built our house in 2020, and contracted the pampering plumber to install our piping. Last month, a pipe that was never glued by the Pampering Plumber (this was confirmed by the insurance adjuster, the leak remediation person, and a trusted plumber) burst and poured gallons of water into our house for 45 minutes before we noticed, which resulted in $50,000 worth of damage and labor. When we contacted West Bay to ask for them to make it right, they said they would not pay for our insurance deductible because it wasn't their problem. We only asked that they pay our deductible as we shouldn't be responsible for their negligence. They told us they would contact the planting plumber, who also said it was not their problem. If you have an issue with your house after you build it, you may not get any help from the people who created the problem. No accountability, no morals, and overall would never recommend anyone have a house built by them. Please refer to the picture below

Finding rentals is always super stressful so we were really grateful for her help along the way. We got to see many listings from all over Tampa, and I don't think we would've been able to have see or have access to without her help. We started our search early, 2-months before our lease ended, and were able to find our new place after 3 weekends of looking at about 30 listings. We'll see how long we spend at this new spot and if we decide to move again soon, we'll definitely be reaching out Marissa again.
