It was a random luck that I found this place as it had just opened. Because it's new, all the equipment are state of the art. Dr. Kyle Gilbert was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the steps of my exam. One of the few doctors to explain the costs ($$) and benefits of certain parts of the exam as well, which was great. The office was clean and the service was prompt, can't ask for much more! read more

Went for my annual exam here today. The office staff was super-helpful and friendly. Dr Kyle was awesome as well. Obviously very knowledgeable in his field and made some recommendations as to what contacts would be best for me. They didn't try to push me to get the most expensive contacts or glasses. I had a great experience at Elevated as a new patient. They answered on the first ring. Got me in that day because of a cancellation. They were friendly and knowledgeable about my insurance. The online intake form made things run smoothly. Dr. Michaela (spelling) saw me early and was very thorough and personable. High tech gadgetry compared to other places. Took my 5 year old for a check up on Monday and saw Dr. Michaela Gilbert. If anyone works with 5 year olds, you know how antsy even the best behaved 5 year old is, and Dr. Gilbert worked w/ him great. We were in and out quickly (she took her time talking with us, just no waiting around). My husband has always had a prescription but has never worn his glasses. I, on the other hand, have never had glasses before - and let me tell you now that we have our glasses, WE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THEM! Dr. Makalya and Dr. Kyle are very caring and friendly, they explain everything to you in detail - and it even seems like they use some of the best technology when doing the examinations, which actually makes going to the eye doctor fun! First time visit. Had a great experience. From the staff at the front desk to Dr. Gilbert they are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. I was seen earlier than my appt. They did a great job of explaining my vision benefits as they discovered I already had a plan with my insurer which I was unaware of, coming from Florida where all Eye docs and Dentists try to sell you products and services you don't need, it was nice to not have to be on guard here. They really care for their patients. I've received nothing but great service. As an example, I recently called to ask if my contacts were ready, they must have recognized my number, and confirmed they were (no other questions asked, not even my name!), I went to pick them up, and after being briefly greeted they went to the back and got my contacts in a bag with a few other goodies (again, they didn't even ask for my name!).
