But I appreciated Rah's service so much so that I wanted to write another review and hopefully Yelp wont take it down. He was the easiest going, most efficient bails bondman that I called. He made sure that he kept me updated with every step. Going with 1st Freedom is going to assure you that someone is working very hard on getting your family or friend out jail. Today was one of the worst days I've had in a long time. My brother got arrested for getting into a…read morefight at a nightclub. The perpetrator punched my brother and my brother ended up breaking his jaw and cracked a couple of his ribs. They ended up charging him with assault with GBI. After calling 6 other companies and feeling like I was being spoken to by a used car snake oil salesmen I ended up calling our family attorney for some help. Unlike all the other companies I called before getting referred to Rah and 1st freedom, I knew once I had spoken to him he was the one we were going to use for our brother. We ended up being referred to 1st freedom bail bonds by our attorney. He told us , "Rah is a very professional and intelegent person that I recommend all my clients to, go see him. I guarantee he will take care of you." So we did. My brother was released this morning. Rah was indeed very professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was no judgment. Just results. They were so pushy and I felt like they were rushing me into getting my father out. I looked for another bail bond company and I found Dan's Bail Bond. I can't say enough about how great Dan is and how much he actually cares. The first thing he told me was let's wait for the court system to update the arraignment before you pay any money. He was then informed, that per policy, he could not be given more information. Mr. Daniel Nesser than, threw a tantrum & began swearing at the person that was only following their work place policy. In my opinion, a person who reacts on such emotion, rather than sound mind and understanding of certain policies, only suggest that he is not only showing his ignorance, but he is displaying a sense of entitlement. If you're looking for a bondsman that shows professionalism, I suggest looking elsewhere. A business owner or an Individual that displays such unprofessionalism as he demonstrated, would not be a good candidate in my opinion to be hired to help anyone's family member.
