But I appreciated Rah's service so much so that I wanted to write another review and hopefully Yelp wont take it down. He was the easiest going, most efficient bails bondman that I called. The perpetrator punched my brother and my brother ended up breaking his jaw and cracked a couple of his ribs. They ended up charging him with assault with GBI. After calling 6 other companies and feeling like I was being spoken to by a used car snake oil salesmen I ended up calling our family attorney for some help. Unlike all the other companies I called before getting referred to Rah and 1st freedom, I knew once I had spoken to him he was the one we were going to use for our brother. We ended up being referred to 1st freedom bail bonds by our attorney. He told us , "Rah is a very professional and intelegent person that I recommend all my clients to, go see him. I guarantee he will take care of you." So we did. My brother was released this morning. Rah was indeed very professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was no judgment. Just results. I would hate to have to need another bail bondsman but if I did I will ONLY call 1st freedom bail bonds. A real class act.

My best friend had an unknown warrant out for severely expired vehicle registration and suspended license. Things happened so fast, we were SO scared and in need of possible bail bond help before I could ask around for a recommendation. I found Big Boy by searching and nervously called, expecting a quick rundown and for a demand to be paid before further help. Roxy answered the phone and immediately educated me on how everything works, and even offered to call into the police station and court to find out the details so I could make a sound decision on whether to move forward with her services. She stayed by my side, always responding and keeping updated with his case all the way until he got released. Most people would have stopped helping me since we took so long to decide. HIGHLY recommend Big Boy - they do business with INTEGRITY. If it's Roxy helping you, there could not be a better person on your side. Thank you for all you guys do. Trust is so important in this service area and I HIGHLY recommend them!

We had no idea where to start or who to call. It was late, everyone was stressed and overwhelmed as all hell, so we just started going down the infinite yelp list but everyone was either suspicious or couldn't help us. When we eventually got to Big Boy Bail Bonds, I was honestly so blown away by how fast and supportive Roxy was. She was extremely transparent about pricing and explained every step in super simple terms, calmed us all down, and handled all the paperwork before we could even finish processing everything that just happened. What could have been a really chaotic, scary night turned into something manageable because of her. Big Boy Bail Bonds legitimately showed up for us when we were strapped and that's why we will recommend them forever. Thank you for everything you've done for us, Roxy. As a person that must deal with bond agents, Dan's bail bonds, who I was unfortunate receiving Mr…read more Nesser's call, needed my assistance regarding an inmate. Per our policy, he was given information in which was allowed to be given, regardless of what other county policies might be, Mr. Daniel Nesser wanted more. He was then informed, that per policy, he could not be given more information. Mr. Daniel Nesser than, threw a tantrum & began swearing at the person that was only following their work place policy. In my opinion, a person who reacts on such emotion, rather than sound mind and understanding of certain policies, only suggest that he is not only showing his ignorance, but he is displaying a sense of entitlement. If you're looking for a bondsman that shows professionalism, I suggest looking elsewhere. A business owner or an Individual that displays such unprofessionalism as he demonstrated, would not be a good candidate in my opinion to be hired to help anyone's family member.

They were so pushy and I felt like they were rushing me into getting my father out. I looked for another bail bond company and I found Dan's Bail Bond. I can't say enough about how great Dan is and how much he actually cares. The first thing he told me was let's wait for the court system to update the arraignment before you pay any money. It might not be necessary. My heart just poured out. The other bail company was rushing me to pay them $3000 because they knew my father was getting out on the second day, so clearly all they wanted to do was instill fear in me and take my money. Dan is the opposite. He gave me peace of mind and did what was best for me and my father. Dan was also very responsive and so polite. It's so rare to find people like that in these times. I highly recommend Dan because if you need a bail bond service it's so important to be in good hands. Dan really looks out for you.
