There communication skills are non existent. On top of all that they are rude and petty. My fiend of 20 plus years ends up getting arrested due to an ex girlfriends craziness. Anyways she's in the holding take and calls me to ask if I can bail her out. I say of course she gives me the number that is next to the phone in the jail it says for 0% down call this number. There was no name of the bail bonds so when I hung up with her I called. They answered the first time. I explained the situation. Because let's be real no one is eever prepared to get arrested. We confirmed the 0% down. We were told to call back in the morning so the police were given enough time to run her prints ok that's fine. Wr call back they check her status prints are ran. The dude "George" tells us now if you bail her out with us she will be out by 830 I sasay yes your company they ask me a bunch of questions about my friend an then they ask me my relationship to her. Now mind you I had already told him in the beginning of all this that she was my friend. I then told him she's like family like a cousin. He writes that down. He then tells me they are sending someone out to go verify the info I gave. I think no problem. That was at like 630 am... 830 am comes and goes and my friend calls me she says no one has come to see her. Hmm strange right so I call the bail bonds no answer it goes on like this for hours I have other people call from other numbers and they get threw but as soon as they know theyr are calling about my friend they stop answering there calls to. Finally I start calling other locations I get to the Lancaster location and that guy was supper helpful. And that was at 3pm He contacted someone over there and they got back to me in about 2 hours after first speaking with the Lancaster location. They barely went to see my friend they text me and said the bail was denied because I lied and told them she was my cousin. I was told I don't have enough time at my job.. I have been at my job more the 6 months and had worked my previous job for 10 years a smoth transition I could prove with more pay check stubs but they did not care. And i had another co signer but they wwere not go enough either even though they are a union worker. I was really when I had called them. They had told me that if we wanted to bail her out with money down. It would have to be $500 down, but we didn't have that money at them. So the 0% down was the best bet now. They were telling us if we wanted to bail her out. It would be a thousand down. I ended up getting the $500 and going else were. She was out in less then 3 hours.. this place sucks and I will be posting on Google and the BBB
