I was in an altercation and a couple days later heard through the grape vine that I was going to be arrested. I contacted Aladdin. I spoke with Rick over the phone for over 20 minutes and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and consideration. I went to see him at the office on Van Nuys Blvd in the morning...and I was arrested early that afternoon. During my meeting with Rick, I was greatly appreciative of his courtesy and attentiveness while listening to me explain in detail the circumstances that led to the altercation. Rick is clearly an expert in his field. He offered very helpful suggestions on how I might proceed. I felt good knowing he was in my corner and was available from 7am to 7pm. And my experience while I was in the Van Nuys jail showed me that from 7pm to 7am the office is also staffed with very competent and responsive individuals. No matter what time of the day or night I called, my call was answered and handled expeditiously. This company had my back and helped me get through a very difficult and stressful situation. The fee is the standard 10 percent. However, if my attorney completes and signs a single sheet document, my fee for Aladdin's services will be reduced by 2 percent with a net fee of 8 percent. Finally, I want to comment on the location of Aladdin which is on Van Nuys Blvd across the street from the Van Nuys Courthouse and Jail. Given this strategic location, representatives of Aladdin not only called the jail, but also went to the jail in person to monitor the jail's progress and facilitate my release. Man I'm so grateful. I bailed my boyfriend out back in February unfortunately we couldn't get back to so cal for court since we are from the Bay Area but Tony really helped us. Not only did he get him put back on the court schedule he literally took his time to drive 5 hour to get him and take him out there help with a room and he also brought him back. I never known a company let alone an agent to go out they way to help. He is definitely the mvp and a understanding person. I hope they give him a raise or something but he deserves it. I was in a situation that wasn't my fault, but still ended up in legal trouble due to a crooked pig in power. So anyway, I reached to this business for a bond and they took $5000 of my money, but they also tried to get one of my parents to use one of their houses as collateral which was not necessary because I also own a house as well that could have been used but they didn't want to use my property because they knew my parents have more money. During this time I was still in jail trying to negotiate with them, but they wanted more money. It left a sour taste in my mouth because I was still in jail while they kept my $5000 while trying to extort more money from my parents and try to pressure them to help out their son (me) while I was in jail. Neither of my parents offered to bail me out even though I had the resources to bail myself out, but they wanted me to co-sign with one of my parents who are elderly (late 60's-early 70's)and was a no go. I did get my money back, but I will not recommend doing business with these people. read more

If I Could do a negative rating I would but since I need to do a reading I'm gonna give them one this place took my credit card and they took my cash payment and they weren't supposed to Run my card Rick told me my card wouldn't be ran, now I'm seing $500 on my statement!! I tried calling to get credit returned and I'm getting no help! They are playing games, lying to me! Telling me I only gave $100 cash. That's a lie! I walked in and gave $500 cash!! My friend gave another $500 when he was released. How dare they it looks like they pocket my $$$$ how shady is this place! I called finance office and they won't help me they are saying I'm not correct that my cash was only $100 you know dam well that I gave you $500 cash!! This looks like you pocket my money! How i found out about this place is just thesame as how the genie came about in the Disney movie Aladdin... it all started from a scratch... scratching my head that is as a result of finding the solution on how to bail somebody out from jail considering the limited financial resources i have, on a weekend and on a cold Saturday night. I tried calling 2 other bail bonds offices, one wasn't encouraging while the other was very disheartening considering the amount they were asking. I really think this place have some magic in them. I had another bailbond close to me that was helping but have been taking more then 12 hrs to bail my family member out so I was eager to find a bail bond to help me in my time of crisis and i went to see if this other bail bond was open but the place was no longer there so i was about to head back home when i saw Aladdin bail bond. Lies, lies, and more lies. Price quoted was substantially less then what was charged. Gabriel came off helpful and nice over the phone while making arrangements for my sons' bail. Gabriel said $200 on my credit card and the total charge will be $1600. Turned out to be $500 on my credit card and a total charge of $2015. When I questioned Gabriel he double talked and refused to adhere to our agreement. In addition, my son gave him cash which was never reflected in the paperwork. Be very careful when using Aladdin, and never trust the spoken word as they lie. I believe Gabriel is taking advantage of the client because he knows the situation you are in is difficult and possibly scary. Certainly not an indication of a nice person or business. read more

I was standing outside thinking this office wasnt open yet, waiting for my mom to arrive to get a bail bond. I was leaving against the door when a very rude bald tall fat man who sits to the right side of the office at the second desk, opened the door I was leaning on so I almost fell then asked if he could help me, didn't even wait for an answer, and closed the door and walked Away. I mean wtf? If I'm standing outside of your office I'm obviously waiting for something idiot.
