This is a great hourly rehearsal spot. I was in room C and it's a HUGE, lockout style room! The sound in the room is great and the manager comes in to make sure everything is sounding great before leaving you alone to jam. Heads up though, Cascade Studios is a little hard to find. From the street, all you see are a bunch of warehouses but those are the studios. I had to drive by with my windows down, listening for bands before realizing where to go. Park on the street near the corner and you'll be set. read more

I'm spoiled by Elevated Studios and Fran... it's very affordable, the rehearsal spaces are clean, the sound is fantastic, I can adjust the lighting in accordance with my mood, it has a fridge stocked full of goodies and water you can buy on the honor system. Shoot, they even keep Maxim magazines in the bathrooms for me to flip through and feel like an inadequate excuse for a woman as I pee. Can you really ask for more? I tried another studio when my band needed a space (Elevated was all booked up for the time we needed) and it sucked the big one in comparison. Do yourself a favor. Call Elevated. Wow, I'm reading all the previous reviews and I see that I am definitely not alone. Everybody has touched on every single aspect of Elevated Audio that makes it stand alone as the best rehearsal spot PERIOD. I guess the name says it all. ELEVATED above all the others. I can talk about how spacious the rooms are... how well equipped... you shut the door and you are in YOUR OWN SPACE. The sound is superlative... the mirrored walls indispensable for making sure you don't look like an idiot as you perform... the adjustable lighting is incredible.. but all of that goes out the window unless you have an owner/operator/technician who really cares about you, not his customer, YOU. Fran is all that... I see him weekly during our regular rehearsals and he has literally become like a family member. So normally, I'd give a great review to a PLACE and not the owner... the OWNER and not the place... but Elevated Audio gets my full on superlative recommendation on all counts. If you haven't checked them out yet, do yourself a favor and do... you won't be using anyone else. I guarantee it. For years, I have loathed buying instruments and accessories from Guitar Center, Sam Ash and other national retailers. I'm sure there are good people there, but I feel slimy knowing that I'm buying instruments from a store that put so many mom and pop music shops out of business. I recently purchased a Roland TD-30 electronic drum kit from Elevated Audio. Fran is not only the man, extremely kind and personal, but also cut me a deal at Guitar Center prices. If you're looking for a place where they truly care about you as a customer and can compete with Guitar Center, this is the spot. To boot, they are authorized retailers for many major brands, including Roland, so warranties are not voided, which is a huge problem with buying instruments on eBay and Craigslist. I haven't rehearsed in the rehearsal studios, but I did see them when purchasing my drums. They are top-notch. The Elevated Audio team is comprised of dedicated professionals that are a joy to deal with and they're down right kind people. Think twice the next time you consider guitar center. I've been going to rehearsal studios in the valley for about 10 solid years now and this is BY FAR the best. Fran is the owner of this place and is there for ANY issue. Well stocked mini fridges and in-studio bathrooms for those moments where the del taco fights back. Fran sets us up before we practice and makes sure the PA sounds good and doesn't feed back. This is quite honestly the only Yelp review I have ever written, but the service I received from Fran at Elevated Audio was so profound that I felt that it would be a disservice to the community to not recommend them for your musical needs. I came across them while I was searching for a TD-17KVX drumset. Even though Elevated Audio was backlogged on the KVX models, Fran was able to sell a modified TD-17KV set that ended up being significantly better than the original TD-17KVX I was looking to buy. At most stores, they would usually just say "here's what we have, if you like it buy it," but here, Fran demonstrated a better problem solving approach, explaining the nuances behind each model at a level I could understand (not the most advanced player here) to help build me a kit that would meet the high quality standards I was looking for. He even spent several hours researching equipment that would meet my needs and budget constraints and gave sound justifications for each specific detail. And after seeing a ubiquitous ocean of 5-star reviews, I can tell that many others like me got a similar positive service experience. I sincerely hope that you are able to stumble upon Elevated Audio before purchasing from a different vendor because that made a significant difference in my purchase quality and experience! Called up Elevated Audio after seeing an ad on Craigslist for a Roland TD-25KV. It was on sale because it was an open box item. When I called up, Fran answered the phone and informed me that unit had already been sold, but offered me a brand new unit for the same price. We talked a bit more and he eventually set me up with not only the drum kit, but a throne, hi-hat stand, and double bass pedal (none of which are included with Roland kits). He also hooked me up with a drum key just in case and a few sticks to get started. Before I pulled the trigger, I called Guitar Center to see if they could beat the price. It took them a few tries just to get the model right on a quote! Not only were they more expensive than Fran, they would've had it shipped to their store in 5-7 business days- a long time to wait when you wanna jam. The last deciding factor was the complete difference in customer service. While Guitar Center just asked me what i was looking for and spit out a price to me, Fran asked qualifying questions to make sure what I was getting was right for me and my level of experience. 10/10 Stand up guy!! I called up Fran again and placed my order at about 3pm. It was delivered the next day!
