I walk up to the counter and I am greeted by a male associate who asks if he can help. I start to explain I am there to pick up my on-line order when a lady who I assume was the manager or at least in charge just cuts in quite aggressively with "Did you get an e-mail saying your order was ready?" To which I responded No, and start to explain it never said anything about needing to wait for an e-mail. She then just lets loose on me saying something along the lines of their computers were not talking to one another, so they did didn't have any left in stock even though it shows that they did at the time I ordered, She had no idea when they would have any more and it was my fault for not waiting on the e-mail! I would have been fine with an "I am sorry, but our computers messed up", but the way she went off on me was totally uncalled for. The tone of voice was bad enough but to then turn it around and try to blame me for not waiting on the e-mail, is just appalling!
