The placebo effect is strong with this one…read more I was skeptical. When I walked into the store, the saleswoman did the "grounding test" on me. (Pushes down in my arms while standing on one foot once without the ring, once with) Nice. It worked. But I'm not usually one to fall for scams so I just said thanks and left. However, the friend I was with said her parents bought bracelets and have worn them daily for a year. I gave in and bought a ring, (small tasteful, classy) It may be placebo, but I def feel more balanced since I've been wearing it. Well, no walls have jumped out at me. I went ahead and bought the insoles for my brother. (Walls are mean to him too) It does seem a bit fishy that their website does not post details on what they mean by "frequency." I think if they had a semblance of a plausible explanation not so many people would yell SCAM. I heard a rumor that this 'frequency' was discovered by someone at Tesla. IF that is true, body tune plus should certainly run with it, I bet they would sell a lot more! If it's not true, and this whole thing is a scam, then the method they're currently using (not explaining frequency) is working best for its means for the store.

I must admit, I remember doing the "balance thing" in college but you would hold sugar or something bad for you in your hand and it would be easier to threw off your balance.
