Okay soo... maps totally took me to the wrong place. Manually type in the address instead of clicking on the yelp map. Called the shop and they were helpful with directions. Great customer service and an even better selection of goods. Officially restocked on my stiizy. First timers get a free gift with purchase! It was a pre-roll and it was cherreh AF. It's cash only, but they have an atm inside. Be prepared with ID because they will check and give you a quick pat down. No backpacks. You'll have to leave it out front, unattended if you have one. read more

Came into town and was looking for a dispensary. The address for this place on Yelp is 18888 E Labin Ct, Unit C211, Rowland Heights, CA 91748, United States, which takes you to a plaza where people just point you around into the wrong directions. One guy told me they moved it next to the 99¢ stores across the street that done even exist anymore. Terrible experience. read more

Don't bother wasting your time here. This place is no longer open. It shouldn't even show was open. Seems like the dispensary was shut down for some weird reason. read more

First of all this place is confusing to find.. There are 0 signs to locate the place. We walked around the entire building complex and went on the second story and finally found it after calling twice. Went in expecting more options but we were looking for pre rolls. They had like 1 of each items in the display case and they were mostly all brands I've never seen or heard. The only brand that we knew was baby jeeters and those were only indica options and they looked a little off. Needless to say we left right then and went to Catalyst. Also there are 3 or 4 other dispensaries in the same complex on maps but none of them are there. I'm wondering if this hole in the wall has been raided multiple times and they just came back with different names. read more

We first went to the original location listed on Yelp, and parking was a nightmare. As soon as we got out, a guy approached us with a card saying they had moved. It was unclear if he was legit, but we decided to check out the new place anyway. The card mentioned entering "around back" and said to look for a star on the door--but there was no star. We ended up entering through the back where the trash bins are, which felt shady--even though this is California and it's legal. Once inside, the ATM was down. Overall, it was a hassle and not worth it. Would avoid. read more

Nice little place located in a good area. The security even came outside cause I was lost lol, it was my first time and it is a little hidden. The numbers were off by a couple but it's right next to the parking structure on the top floor. When I went in I was greeted by 2 employees who let me look and get what I wanted. Cash only but they do have an ATM inside. Will definitely come back here. I just picked up 4 pre-rolls from the brand I liked. Small selection but got what I need. Apparently they have lots of events and sales. Was given a flyer for an upcoming event. read more

Great selection of products and service was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend to others. One of the shops would best Value for what you pay for! read more

Closed during business hours. I called and i was told they would be back in 20minutes. I came back in 30 i saw a guy walk out as i was getting near. I rang the doorbell and nothing, no one let me in. I called and i got a voicemail. I rang the bell again quite a few times and still no response. Sorry customer service. I will not be coming back, and the whole doorbell thing to come in is corny. Im over this place. I suggest anyone looking for a dispensary to look somewhere where you can walk in without having to wait outside after u ring the door bell. This wasnt even my first time, i was a returning customer but I am so over the process to go in is. So lame. read more

Used to have a great experience here. Was told the security company had switched and even though my phone number was good enough since they opened, now ID you have to have. Was told by an employee with glasses that I didn't have to worry about being let in for the event tonight because I told him I had lost mine and still needed to get a new one. I always spend about a grand during these events. I get told when I get there that I will not be allowed in, despite what I was told. I'm sure my business won't be missed because they didn't seem to care about honoring what one of their employees told me so customer service isnt that important to them. I hope they know that every event going forward will have $1000 less in sales. I will find a new spot to take my money. read more

5 star bud and prices Thank you guys for the great service. Not going anywhere else, I like this place better than the rest in the area. Thank you Dave and Nigel. Always making us want to come back for more. read more

Suddenly these businesses are as ubiquitous as 7-11s, but this place distinguishes itself from the moment you're buzzed through the front door. *Finding* that door can be a little tricky the first time--it's on the 2nd floor of an Asian-oriented mall, and is non-descript--but inside you'll find a ceiling-high mural overlooking a CLEAN lobby and an atypically pleasant security type checking your ID. The main room is at least as large as any I've seen, and is generally better stocked than any I know of. I can speak authoritatively only of edibles, but the sheer number of flower-filled jars, carts, wax, prerolls and every kind of accessory blows away (pun not intended) every other store I've set foot in. The people behind the counter know their s**t, and will mention any deals or perks they may have going on at the moment--which is everyday. I have two words for these guys: 'class' and 'act.' read more

If you have the THC tolerance of a large horse and are trying to elevate to new heights, this is the place for that. Elev8te sells the strongest dosed edibles I've ever seen (10 pack of 200mg gummies) at the same rate as your neighborhood dispensary in LA selling a 20 pack of 5mg gummies. Unassumingly tucked away in a Chinese plaza in Rowland Heights, I would describe finding this place like entering a speakeasy without the fun. Luckily that's not what this place is serving. Speaking of serving, if you're not familiar with THC serving sizes, do NOT start with the high doses from here. A guide that I think every first timer should follow is always start with 5mg and always wait at least 3 hours before taking more. The worst thing that happens on too little of a serving is nothing. The worst thing that happens on too high of a serving is you feel like you're dying, and not in the psychedelic spiritual "fun" egodeath way. Quick maths time! If you're okay with cutting up edibles yourself and also accepting the possibility of a nonuniform THC distribution per unit, this could be the best high to dollar ratio out there. For instance, if you're like me and only require 5mg, you could split a 100mg gummy into 16ths, and each piece should average about 6mg. A 10 pack of 100mg gummies could theoretically yield up to 160 highs for someone like me, and that's not even the highest dosage they have. read more

Amazing service 10/10!!!!! Affordable and easy to find! Theres always promos! Love this place

It was like going into a prison to visit. First room, white, nothing, except a door and a window. The window is bullet proof, it is more secure than a bank, the security guard sits on the other side window, he asks for a drivers license, scans it (but why), radios that I'm ready then I can go into the big room filled with anything that will make you high. It's like Willy Wonka's big candy room. read more

Had trouble locating the place. It took my about 15 minutes until I found it. Near garden tea you have to take the elevator up and walk around until you see it. Their unit number is C211. It's a nice spot. There were two lady workers and one of them was so sweet!! She helped me out and had very great energy. I would come here again just because she made me feel so welcomed. I purchased a blunt and they range starting from 30. It's smooth I like it. read more

This dispensary is my jam!!! My hubby and I always pick up a good amount and theyre always down to help with any deals. I have chronic back pain due to a disk issue and weed is my medicine so I always appreciate places that show me love and this place does. The female budtenders are friendly (there's one dude who isn't that chill) but that's okay. Always gonna come back to this place, especially if they keep being awesome read more

The people here are super friendly and they carry the brand that I used to buy from a previous vendor. He has to take a break for awhile, so I had to find a new place to buy my goods. I looked all over the Universe to find a place that carries the brand that I like. I probably called up like 10-15 dispensaries before I found this one. The guy on the phone was super helpful and told me they carry the brand that I want. I was so glad. I drove here the same day to check it out. Thank God! I had to confirm it was the brand I was looking for and it was here. They had a wide selection too for that particular brand. I'm so happy. This is my new to go place. I ended up getting a bag of CBD by Lit Bits, and I have been using them everyday. I have bad cramps and anxiety before my menstrual cycle every month, so I use CBD during the day to help me ease my cramps and anxiety. The gummies have been very helpful. Thanks guys! I will be back soon! read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good prices and worth the trip. Nice variety of choices.

Amazing deals. Always have best prices in the area and the product is always in stock and fresh

Security Guard was rude and has bad attitude. I was telling him that Yelp page have their unit as C211 but your actual unit is C 212. He replied , that is not my problem, I am just a security guard . So , I left and went to another store. read more

I would go 4.5 if the app let me. This will be my place when I'm in town. Rather hard to find since they don't have any storefront logos out and the windows to their shop are completely tarped over. I walked past it twice thinking the place was shut and they were renovating for the tenant. Then finally I tried the door which was making unlocking noises each time I walked past and yup, its a dispensary. That said, the Pearl Plaza is an absolutely iconic location full of fun little food and party spots. I liked the energy of the place. Check in held onto my ID the entire process. Previous places would scan it and hand it back. Not sure why they do it differently. Didn't ask. They have an ATM onsite and the place is cash only. Either COVID or internal security protocols mean one patron at a time, which meant the customer was the center of attention. Everyone was attentive, polite and helpful with getting me hooked up with the right product. I didn't catch the names but the 3 people helping me buy were all very nice and friendly. Despite the illicit chic vibe they have going, I felt safe and wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't want. First timers get a free preroll and a lighter which made the freeway traffic jam a very pleasant experience. They also have a loyalty card program as well. A very strict no cellphones policy is in effect. I didn't mind the privacy but at the same time it felt restrictive. They have a very beautiful mural in the waiting room I wanted to snap a pic of but said policy kept me from. It also meant I couldn't do any on the spot product research either so I had to take the staff's word on things. While I'll definitely head back, the lack of an easy to find storefront and the strict security measures really keep me from going a full 5 stars on this one. read more

Really awesome spot! They have deals every day. Other places are way more expensive I def recommend coming here! I moved to a different city and still rather make the commute here! read more

Good selection. I'm glad that I live near Elev8te, just can't be entered into my navigation system.

Nice discovery. I live in La Verne, CA so there are not a lot of dispensaries in my area. I've tried so many within a 15-mile radius, but I think I'll start making this my go-to spot. Without question, this place has to have the nicest employees I've encountered at a dispensary. Even the security guy that takes your license and buzzes you in was nice. I've been at so many others where it seems like the goal is to be as unfriendly and intimidating as possible. All of the staff inside greeted me with a smile and a "welcome" too. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with their suggestions. My wife and I only stick to edibles, so I was pleased to see that they have a huge selection. There are a variety of brands, prices, and potency to meet all sorts of needs. I also liked that they have a nice first-time customer gift. I spent enough that I got enough stamps on my customer card they gave me that I will receive a $15 discount on my next visit. The only thing I would say is that finding the store is difficult. I did call when I was there and the gentleman that answered was very friendly and gave me solid instructions on how to find them. Basically, go to the address listed, but then enter the parking garage around the side of the small shopping center and head to the third floor. Then there is a ramp that connects the garage to the center. Take that and then it's one of the first doors on the right. It's not labeled, but you will see a security camera above the door. They buzzed me in before I even got to the door. All in all, I am very pleased with my discovery of this place and I will definitely be back. read more

FAKE STIIIZY PODS The staff is super friendly but they're selling FAKE STIIIZY pods. If u scratch your code to verify they have been using the same code for all the pods. It was scanned 9080 times. They also don't have the "CA!" On the pods like the real stiiizy's do. The only reason why I checked was because I tasted/smelled vegetable oil as soon as I took the first hit. There's a reason why they have low Prices. I will never come here again and will continue to go to the actual Stiiizy warehouse even though it's a lot further from me. Don't waste your money. read more

THIS PLACE IS THE SCORE Customer service, cleanliness, appearance of employees, location, and product is all running at 100%. Not once have I visited here and was disappointed. Great prices and variety. Knowledge is lower and the staff definitely knows their cannabis. I was suggested I try the Fire Cake, Papa OG, and the ( oh shyt stoner moment. I forgot the other strain ) but they were all FLAME. IDK about you guys but lately a lot of the tree I've come across before this place all smelled and tasted the same. NOT THE CASE HERE. The taste on all 3 strains I've recently had were all significant and different from one another. And that was very pleasing. HIGHly recommend this become your new. Home as it has become mine. Thank you ELEV8te for changing the game in this industry for us locally. read more

Out of all the smoke shops I've been too I can honestly say this is thee most cleanest, and organized shop. Workers don't look all high, nor ratchet. Service is A1, and well you're actually talking to people that know about their flower, and other goods they offer. Customer service makes it a plus, the workers there are really friendly and helpful. They were easy to find and there's a park lot ++ Easygoing vibe and great customer service. I wanted to get some gummy but didn't and then spin the thing and won some. It was a sign for me. This is the one. They have a great variety. I personal like having indica and sativa on hand.
