When I went there last Christmas, the sales person and cashier were very rude. After purchasing all the products they recommended, they offered two free sample gift sets. I asked if I can her just a small lotion instead of the free sample since I've purchased close to $1000. The saleswoman tuned really rude quick with bad facial expressions and said no. So I move on without exchanging any bad words. They proceeded to wrap all my items but without labeling them. They all looked the same. So I asked them to label the products if not wrapping them with different papers. Then the sales lady lashed at me saying "you should've told me before wrapping then!" I thought it was obvious since there are so many of them. I didn't comment since I didn't want any confrontation. I just got my purchased items and came home with bad taste in my mouth. When I came home and opened the free sample sets, they were all already expired.. obviously I will never go back there again to purchase anymore. I've never been so disrespected by the store employees and owner after spending $1000 in any store in my life. It's was an insane experience!

These are the same protests destroying our neighborhoods. Business and politics have no business mixing. Shame. You've lost more than a few customer permanently. Bad call Haven.
