This store provides a variety of products such as candles, baths, perfumes, soaps, incense, and products to clean your home if negative energy such as sage. There is even areaol spray that is supposed to bring you luck and money when you spray it in your house Readings are conducted with an appointment. There was free public parking in a small lot. And stores closes around 7pm Curiosity has had me exploring all around Hampton Roads to see what our community and local businesses have to offer. This business was not listed on Yelp. I explained to Jonathan that there was a community of Yelpers. He has used the app for recommendations on restaurants but he was unaware that other type of local businesses could also be registered. I feel very safe in this space. You don't have to be an extreme Yogi, you can be a beginner, or trying to find your way during pregnancy. Although they don't have any prenatal classes incorporated, they do help you with different classes, like gentle flow, and restorative yoga, which is slow enough to help with pregnant women, but any class I'm sure you can go with your own pace, and just ask for More support pillows and blocks. Bathroom is clean, the temperature felt right, as well as there dispensers smelling good and relaxing! There are several different classes to choose from, and you can join by paying five dollars for two classes, and once you get your membership, you get the first week for free. It's a great deal, and anyone looking for a new yoga gym in Portsmouth, which are very few to none in the area, this is your place to go. Tried a guided meditation here with a friend. It was an hour long and included several things such…read moreas an oracle card reading, sound cleanse and reiki healing. There was a pretty large amount of people for a small-ish space. I was surprised. I think it was totally sold out and had probably 30-45 people inside all laying down beside one another. We each had a small area with a meditation bed to lay down on (two little foam pillow things - very comfy), a blanket, were given a warm neck and eye wrap, and had a small basket with a crystal wand and a oracle card reading. We each also got a quick reiki healing moment during the meditation as she walked around. It was nice and very relaxing and my favorite part was the crystal sound cleanse which is how it started. The vibrations as these were played were to help cleanse our chakras I believe and it was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. There is a small gift shop with some crystals and items for sale just inside. Think bracelets and crystals and a few other items. In a great shopping center with tons of other stuff nearby. It was a nice experience and there are several classes listed each month on the website both in person or virtual. Online payment and registration was super easy.
