It's a small-ish, hidden cafe with spectacular views of the surrounding Alps and a peek into the crazy big half-pipe. Watch children half your size hurtle themselves into the half-pipe, occasionally appearing over the edge to go spinning in the sunlight! Crazy, and very fun to watch.
Some benefits of this place, apart from its central location and views, is that it's almost never *really* crowded, and you never have to wait long at the counter to be served. This is in sharp contrast to the Disney-style industrial eateries a short walk above at the CSG station. Another benefit: in a land where everything costs a million francs, the food and drinks here were reasonable - i.e. within the global standards for high-priced hipster chai lattes (~$5-$6).
Some cute "no joint adventure!" posters (that nonetheless seems to stop no one from smoking), vast bathrooms that are never crowded (another benefit over the CSG station), friendly staff, and some very tasty hot dogs and mince pies.
