My children have been visiting her since their first checkups, now ages 21 and 19. I have to say we have quite a history. Throughout the years there have been checkups, fillings, sealants and a lot of undivided attention to detail. You can tell she truly loves what she does and you can sense her genuine interest in every component of your visit. She makes children feel safe with her reassuring mannerisms. My kids now know the truth, but when they were little, they had no idea that they were administered Novocain "injections".......yes, she's THAT good! They never felt a thing. The atmosphere is bright and clean. You are greeted with an array of colors and 3D adorableness around every corner. The staff is so welcoming with their "hellos" as they escort you to one of the magical exam rooms. Every dental hygienist takes great care and engages with the patient while all along including "mom" in the visit. They are truly fantastic at what they do, and for that I am grateful. I must admit, our favorite is Sue. She and Dr. Champion have watched my children grow up so they make great effort to catch up on the last 6 months in between checkups. Dr. Champion goes above and beyond in her care. I'm always in awe of her. Just yesterday my son reported for his routine 6 month checkup but saw that he had a problem and immediately changed her schedule to take care of him right away. She could not "let him leave like that", is what she said, and she didn't. She fixed his smile so that he could regain a confidence that only Dr. Champion realized was needed. Not only that, she spoke to "him" reassuring him that he could call her at any time to let her know how the repair was lasting. She really wanted to ensure my son "stays" okay. She is a gift to us, adored by my children and myself, and all who encounter her great compassion and care. My husband's insurance changed (we weren't aware) and instead of the front office trying to make an effort to connect with us, they apparently just cancelled a reservation I made 6 months prior. When they asked me to reschedule, I said NO THANK YOU; was determined to take my business elsewhere. I literally yelped pediatric dentists and made my way down the list calling everyone. I was most impressed by the front desk manager (Dawn/Debra?) - she pulled strings and was able to ask one of the hygienists to stay later so my two kids could be seen that day She was so patient and I can 100% day we came in because of her - she is most definitely the standard what a front office manager should be like. Our hygienist was so friendly and great with my boys and Dr Zoo was the only dentist to bring to my attention that my boys both have tongue tie (apparently it's not diagnosed by most dentists). This made perfect sense to me because it explains why both my boys couldn't latch when they were infants. The surprise came when after their checkup, they took us to an area where the kids got to pick out a little gift! So glad that we found them - highly recommend!!

Instead of doing the mock nice thing which kids see through, they are ACTUALLY nice. Very patient, very kind and very thoughtful in how they proceed. The doctors have the younger kids face their parents and then you sort of tip them back so that they feel secure with you while their teeth are cleaned. We have seen two different dentists here and they both spent a good deal of time making sure our cuties felt comfortable. There was no rushing whatsoever. And at the end, your little one gets a sticker and can choose their own little toy as a treat. The front office staff is so nice too - I had an insurance issue and they followed up on it promptly for me. They also couldn't have been kinder to the kiddos. Also, I really appreciate that every dentist I have seen here is a female POC. I am glad kids are experiencing that in a professional medical setting.

Most of their lives have been during a global pandemic so taking my children to a dr apt as vulnerable as a dental apt was worrisome. Dr. Paladino's office is immaculate! I felt 100% safe for myself and my kids. Her entire team is so wonderful, helpful and genuinely kind. Dr Paladino herself is one of the most thorough and genuine drs I have ever met. Think back to 30 years ago when doctors didn't cram one patient every 15 minutes into their daily schedule. I didn't feel rushed at all! He couldn't remember names but was astonished his teeth were as clean as they were - without any bleeding during the process - unprecedented. I just came back from seeing the hygienist Sheila & Dr. Bunia & I too am ranting / raving what seem like the same experience. Turns out - was had the same duo : SHEILA & BUNIA! It was disappointing to be dismissed in such a manner and then to hear the "this is our office policy" as a standard response. I want to find a solution that puts my daughter's needs first. I also want to outline that, as a parent, I am not comfortable having my daughter in a room with strangers while she is semi-conscious. I work in a field where we tell parents NOT to allow their children to be in a room with adults they do not know. For context, I shared my experience on social media, and the platform's power did not disappoint. As far as I know, he doesn't have a website. I've only gone for cleanings but have been generally happy with their work. My hygienist usually has the TV on (news) so you can at least listen to something other than your teeth cleaning. Would recommend fixing the old ceiling tiles in the exam rooms. Nobody wants to look at that while they are getting their teeth fixed.

His front office staff is friendly and helpful which is so important. I had a slight emergency and they got me in as soon as possible. The only constructive criticism I have is that When i called for that issue over the weekend there was no answering service. I'm not sure if that's a standard or not but I was able to email them as well. They called me first thing Monday morning. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to change to this dentist. I'd definitely recommend him.
