They work clean, always protecting furniture and cleaning up everything at the end of each day. Although this project was revisited twice due to an initial "mis-diagnosis" (with the previous Soil-away regime), Jack took ownership to rectify the basic floor foundation issue and ensure no more tiles would crack.! Jack's demolition team, under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house. His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. After the project was completed, we again had follow-up conversations to Jack to ensure that the work was completed to our satisifaction and the work area was restored to normal.

He came and pressure washed the patio, filled in the missing dust. He had to come back because he had to seal it. I sent pictures of my patio when it was new and wanted the same sheen. He never responded. He told us the day before that he underestimated the job and asked if we could pay him minus a hundred until he finished. He never came back or responded to me. Do not hire this company. We were charged a large amount of money for…read morea new build, deep clean and there were tons of places where construction dust was piled up on the doors and baseboards--even after we were told that there was a major focus on baseboards. They didn't even vacuum in one of the bedrooms or wipe down the coffee maker despite throwing a business card on the dirty drip cup. My gut said not to work with them again but a neighbor recommended them so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. We tried one weekly cleaning with them after this and they once again were extraordinarily late and immediately sat down to each lunch for a while before starting the job. They charged a premium for the cleaning and went so far as to say if they had to make a bed, it would be an extra $5 per bed. They didn't wash the floor and rushed through the cleaning so much that they scratched a brand new mirror and then laughed when the issue was brought to their attention. I have to replace the mirror at my cost, but am happy that they didn't do more extreme damage as they don't work with integrity. If you do proceed to work with them, be sure to inspect your house immediately after they leave which likely won't be when they tell you as both times we used them, they were extraordinarily late to start so I couldn't be present when they finished. It was a very expensive and disappointing experience to work with this service.

I found them on Angies list. We had interviewed several companies but chose Paradise Touch because of Sandra. I immediately felt that she was trustworthy and very professional. Five years later, I can honestly say that they have become family to me. For anyone that has ever had a contractor in their home you understand the hesitation to leave them alone in your home. The fear of things missing, or just the intrusiveness can be a very unsettling feeling. You don't have to worry with Sandra and her "girls". I trust them more than some family members! I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone. The are the Best I have ever worked with.
