Therapist Michelle H listened to my concerns and skillfully addressed each one. My personal preference is less small talk, more quiet.

Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've had with a…read morebusiness. I booked and paid for a massage through ClassPass. When I originally arrived for my appointment, I was told they didn't have anyone available to give me a massage. I was then told by an employee that I could come back the following week at the same time, and that they would write me down for the appointment. Today, TWO HOURS before my rescheduled appointment, I received a text saying they had no notification of my appointment and that I would have to pay again. I have proof that I booked and already paid through ClassPass. The communication between the employees and the business is clearly a mess. When I originally went in, I was literally handed the phone by an employee and told to speak to the boss myself. That is not the customer's responsibility. If your employees are making arrangements with customers, there needs to be communication within the business so the customer isn't left dealing with the consequences. I already paid for this service, was turned away from my original appointment, was told I could reschedule, and now I'm being told at the last minute that my appointment doesn't exist and I need to pay again. It feels extremely shady, and the entire situation has been an unnecessary pain. I would strongly recommend getting your communication and booking system figured out before putting customers through this. So 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Hands down most disrespectful experience I've had with a masseuse. Firstly, my friend bought me a…read more90 minute as a gift. They called, set up the appointment and explained in advance when they set up the appointment that I would be redeeming it. She said no problem, and just verify with their phone number. Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.

Weird and disappointing experience. The first hour was okay, massage wise (minus the excessive stroking down my back and butt), and she convinced me to do another 30 minutes. That's where is went strange. She was massaging my legs while constantly looking for different spa music on her phone. She would find Chinese music while going over and over on the same leg and then find something she liked and watch whatever it was on her phone screen. Huh?? At one point, she glanced over to see if I saw her. The music was orchestra like and not relaxing and then singing in Chinese. At this point, I wanted to get off the table early and check out of there. She never finished the full body massage because she was so distracted with her phone. I've never experienced anything like it. When I went to pay, she tried to tack on another $4 for something I couldn't understand and I refused 3 times to which she could see I wasn't budging. I'm mad at myself for leaving a tip for what was weird and not relaxing. And much of it hurt because I could tell she didn't have good technique and rhythm (I've had many a deep tissue massage in my day and nothing has ever hurt like this one.). She's can't speak intelligible English (or acts like she can't), so I hoped that almost everything she mumbled the whole time, which was a lot, was for my good. I just said ahha, okay, etc. $94 wasted. Don't do it.

Originally was supposed to be at a different location, but since the other location was still new, they honored our voucher at this location since it's the same owner. First time at this location, it's very cute and peaceful when you walk inside. Lobby was cozy, we were offered hot tea. Unfortunately, one of our little tea cups did not look washed because there was red lipstick on it. So we didn't try it lol. We had a 12 o'clock noon appointment however one of the masseuse were running late so we did not get started until 1210, which we did not mind, but you can tell they felt rushed and was trying to get us quickly started once he arrived. There was two of us so they put us in the same room for the foot massage. The actual table look like a massage table however, the bottom half you stick your feet inside a detachable tub that was hot water mixed with their products. Despite the voucher being a foot massage, they primarily focused on your feet however, they did massage a bit of our arms, head and back. Honestly, I have the masseuse that was running late. When he massaged my head. All I can smell was cigarettes. It actually gave me a headache. I think it was just my luck with him though. The foot massage part was really nice. I think for $30 this is worth it. But I truly am just somebody who would prefer a full body massage. I would come back again to try their full body massage. If I had another $30 voucher for the same thing, I'd probably do it again too.

Upon arrival I was offered tea, wine, water, or soda. I booked a 90 minute session which included a foot massage and 30 minute back massage. We started in a private room for the back massage and moved to a private area for a foot soak and foot massage. I was given a strapless robe to cover when moving to the different room. The foot massage included an eye mask and a head, neck and hand massage. Nice touch while my feet were soaking. The place is small but clean and welcoming. Nice ambiance with the mellow music. Couple of tips to know: - When making an appointment be very clear with the services you want and when you arrive make sure you double check the reservation. Somehow there was a misunderstanding from what I booked to what they wanted to charge me. Thankfully they corrected it in my favor. - Take your personal items when you move rooms. They do not lock up your belongings or lock the doors when you leave a room.
