Nice clean place, upscale waiting room. The front desk was very disorganized. I wasn't asked to fill out any paperwork before I was taken back for my massage. The massage therapist seemed a little irked at that. That said, she gave me a great deep full body massage, focusing on shoulders as I asked her to. It felt wonderful. The only problem is whatever oil they use to massage smelled horrible. I couldn't wait to get home and shower that smell off of me. They do offer an upgraded oil so if I ever go back, I will definitely be paying for that! read more

Let me start off by saying I appreciate this establishment always being able to get me in when I hurt myself. I'm a RN and am always tweaking something and the sweet ladies at the desk have always been accommodating. Now let me get to my therapist--Victor. He's AMAZING! It's not very often that you find a therapist who is kind, warm, funny, and exceptionally skilled at the same time. The owner of this massage business will take your membership fees and yet arbitrarily cancel an existing appointment because she does not agree with a review written of her business. Please do not ever open a membership here, especially allowing your massage sessions to add up like I did. I kept my monthly membership payments active all during covid which accrued so many sessions that I couldn't practically use them all once the business reopened. Well, All of those sessions, combined with all the sessions I was continuing to pay monthly through the monthly membership were really adding up. I decided to cancel the membership until I could catch up on my sessions. Well, guess what, you have 30 days to use all of your sessions once you cancel based on Troy's contract- (Even though her contract should be void based on the extenuating circumstances of "covid" and the fact that I was trying to support her business during a stressful time) I should've cancelled my membership back then - and would have had I known how she operates as a business owner. After finding out I was going to lose all of my sessions - one of the front desk girls suggested I reopen my membership to a "Every Other month membership" option in order to keep my existing sessions. (didn't even know that was an option until she told me-Troy never mentioned that option) After awhile of never being able to consistently keep track of my remaining sessions, (if you read my last review, you'll notice they make it impossible to keep track of) and don't try to discuss anything with Troy. Troy will write you and tell you she's right and you are wrong and write a response that portrays her being right and the customer always being wrong. Troy won't accept any responsibility for anything as you will notice in her response to other's negative reviews. And, If you happen to write a constructive review Troy will take it upon herself to cancel any upcoming sessions you already have appointments for claiming "your account is no longer in good standing" Even though she has already profited off of you and received payments. Based on her contract she has no legal obligation or moral obligation (which is worse) to perform any services that have already been paid for. Can you say "UNJUST ENRICHMENT!" I disputed the charges on my credit card and they said she was in the right because her contract states she can do this. This is really bad business practice. Just because you can do it, doesn't mean you should. If I can help one person from opening a membership here - losing my existing sessions will be worth it. **Recently found a familiar therapist in the same area that I will be writing a review on shortly. read more

I made an appointment for a certain day and time and I really needed the massage and was really looking forward to it. So I made the appointment on the phone with a live person, and they even sent the text message for confirmation of the exact time and date that I asked for. I get there and nothing, they have no appointment for me. Nothing in their system just complete lack of professionalism. Wasting my time when I could have planned an appointment elsewhere. read more

I have given this establishment raving reviews in the past, but, feel I must give a new review. I have been going to this salon for about 2 1/2 years. David has been my massage therapist all that time. I feel as though he has become a friend. I went in on February 7th. Once again, the massage was wonderful. When he finished, he told me that my glutes were really tight, and he had an exercise that would help. I told him that I'm not "very bendable" and he said" just put your right knee up to your chest". I did that and I felt my knee "pop". I then went home and had immediate pain, but thought it would go away, so, when it didn't, several days later, I called the salon to see if I could speak to David. They informed me that I couldn't speak to the therapist but they could get him a message. They called me back, and said they gave David the message. That was it. So, I asked to speak to the owner, Troy. She called me back and informed me that that was her rule that the therapist could not speak to the client. I told her that to me, by not hearing from him, or even an apology, that meant that nobody really cared. So, I ended up in the ER, having an MRI and x-rays, and seeing an Orthopedic Dr, I had two tears in my meniscus and a sever bone bruise, which now requires surgery. It has so far cost me $8,000, and I haven't even had the surgery yet... Massage Therapists are NOT physical Therapists so they should NOT be giving exercises to clients. My life is in limbo for the next few months, no golf, no work, no walking, without pain. Sadly, would not recommend this establishment. Susan Masles read more

Oh my goodness Kasey is the best therapist ever! I have been getting monthly massages for a few years now and she was the first therapist I tried that I wanted to continue with after just one time. Checks in with you about pressure constantly, incorporates stretching also if you want. She is the best combo of medium or firm pressure but also has a relaxing vibe to her massage technique. I was skeptical about using a "chain" massage place. But I was desperate and this was close by. My massage person was Deann and she is AMAZING. I needed a deep tissue massage and she did a fantastic job. I have a "desk" job so sit for hours on end. I signed up at East Mesa Elements. After confirming my appointment a few days before, I received a call asking to change the scheduled time. It was not convenient, but I adjusted my schedule and made the change. A couple hours before my appointment , I received another call, stating my Therapist would not be available, and I needed to reschedule again. After calling every other Elements closer to the south east side I was finally able to get in at the Red Mountain location. It added an additional 40 miles round trip driving, but I was not going to wait another week. The staff was pleasant and Desiree was excellent, but I am only able to give 2 stars for the following reasons. I arrived 10 mins early, but the massage did not start until 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The massage ended in 75 mins not the 90, I scheduled or paid for. The other negative, was the Essential oil/Aroma upgrade... after confirming with my home location and a couple others, that service was not performed in the manner they detail. The essential oil was placed on something for me to breath in, but was not administered to key points of the body as what was explained and what was done in my first massage. This in no way takes away from the friendly staff nor the ability of Desiree, but when you pay for a service you do expect to get what is advertised. read more
