Dre was amazing. I regularly get massages and he's better than my monthly massage back home. I wish that I lived here. I'd be a regular. I was really looking forward to my first professional massage experience. I had been gifted a gift card and finally made the time to treat myself. The massage itself was wonderful, and my massage therapist was incredibly kind and professional. Since my gift card only covered the massage, I even added an additional service so I could leave a well-deserved tip. Unfortunately, the experience after I left completely overshadowed what should have been a relaxing afternoon. Shortly after leaving, I received a voicemail stating that they couldn't find my gift card, that my services hadn't been paid for, and that I needed to bring the gift card back immediately. The message also stated that if the balance wasn't taken care of, a police report would be filed. As someone who had never been there before, this was incredibly upsetting and caused me a great deal of anxiety. I immediately called back, explained that I had handed over the gift card during checkout, and was told they would review their security cameras and call me back. A short time later, they did call to let me know they had found the gift card and that everything had been resolved. While I appreciate that they investigated and corrected the mistake, the damage had already been done. Being threatened with police action over an error that was not mine completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing self-care experience. Because of how the situation was handled, I canceled my future appointment and decided I would not be returning. It's unfortunate because the massage therapist provided excellent service, but the checkout process and the way the situation was communicated left a lasting negative impression. I hope the business reviews its procedures so that no other customer has to experience the unnecessary stress and embarrassment that I did. read more

Was surprised to learn that the advertised Massage time is not actually the time spent providing the Massage; it also encapsulates the time you have to undress/prep for the Massage, wait for the masseuse to reenter the room, and dress when the massage is complete! So for example--I went for a "60 minute Massage" last weekend. The masseuse led me into the room at 9:50, returned at 9:55, and concluded the "60 minute Massage" at 10:41, effectively only giving me a 46 minute (not 60 minute) Massage. I informed the front desk of that "error" and shared my concern, and was informed that the stated Massage time is not actually for the Massage. Personally that is a total ripoff! I booked a deep tissue massage with Amanda, but unfortunately the experience did not match what I requested. The massage pressure was very light the entire time. About halfway through the session, I politely asked if she could apply more pressure. She acknowledged the request and said "ok," but the pressure remained the same for the rest of the appointment. When you book a deep tissue massage, you expect noticeably firmer pressure, and that simply didn't happen. Unfortunately, the session ended up feeling like a waste of both time and money. read more

I had previously rated 5 stars. Mike is the best therapist I have massage me. Now I am dropping my rating to 1 star, if I could leave less I certainly would. Very dissatisfied with the recent lack of customer service. This company is not worth signing with. My massage was shorted 30 minutes. When I called to fix the situation the receptionist repeatedly told me how wrong I was. I did not enjoy that at all. I'm pretty sure this is the second time this has happened where time was stolen from my massage. I asked to speak to a manager, none available. I was told I would receive a phone call within 48 ; no phone call back. I called the next day to speak to a manager, no manager available. Doesn't seem like there is even a supervisor on Staff. Finally received a phone call from a manager and I had to return their call a few days later I explained the situation and was offered to come back get the 30 minutes I had already paid. Just to get my own service that I paid I would have to drive 30 minutes there. The manager said there was all kinds of "computer glitches" that day. Absolute minimum as far as resolution. It took me 5+ phone calls just to get them to take me seriously. I decided to cancel my membership I've had for 5 years, once again I called and talked to the receptionist. Didn't seem concerned with the issue one bit, zero care for the customer. I was told I would get an email immediately to cancel my member, no email several days later. I just want to cancel my membership and not continue for this company to steal from me and cause me this much stress. This company is in the business of making money not hospitality. The staff seems inadequate to deal with problems. I searched for corporate phone number or email, found none. There has to be someone within the organization than can fix customer service issues. Do not sign their contract. There are plenty of other spas that will treat you better read more

Leaving here is expensive. I didn't understand signing up for membership (obviously). Tried to cancel massage membership. After I thought I had by calling and canceling all future massages they kept charging my card every month. They said I have to pay for 2 more after canceling. Then made me pay twice for the second massage. Then they tell me that the 2nd massage I already paid for expired a few days after paying for it and therefore I have to pay a second time at a higher price. read more

Be very cautious...worked with the receptionist to suspend and then cancel my membership. Called today to cancel and was told they would be pulling another monthly payment. This was their "policy." Funny, the person I worked with stated that I would simply need to call to cancel after the 90 days. She continued to talk about their policy. The massage therapist was nice very nice but didn't listen to anything I said. I told her I wanted her to focus on my upper back and shoulders because of what I do for a living and she said no, we need to focus on your hips, glutes, and feet. I'm like, no because it's my upper back and I've went to get a deep tissue massage plenty of times and they've all felt knots in my upper back and that's what's been giving me the most pain. She went on to say deep tissue isn't always good and we will see, as she started the massage she started with the glutes and only did my problem area for about 8 minutes. She used way too much oil and talked the WHOLE time. She did not apply pressure though I paid for deep tissue and I didn't even get the full hour because it took her 10 minutes to come out and get me and another 3 minutes to come back after I changed. Plus I got there exactly at my appointment time as I wasn't able to be early, had to fill out paperwork and wait in line while it took someone else in front of me 8 minutes to book their next appointment and watched the front desk lady change the receipt paper. read more

Ok didn't use service. They have a multi page agreement with a whole page describing that nobody is liable for nuttin'. This would imply that staff are not background checked and monitored. Also, you get to agree that the corp has rights to a whole bunch of private data. So nope. Place sounds like a mill. I don't know why staff would want to work there. read more

Very nice place, decent prices, good massages. I got the monthly membership program and ended up cancelling bc of costs. It was a fine program for a massage a month but once I cancelled I thought the credit would last at least a year. Just found out it expired 60 days after I canceled. I got no type of warning or call or wasn't even told that when I did cancel. So basically I wasted $60 to join their program that only saved me a couple dollars. read more

I've been going to Elements for several years and always get a great treatment. Today was my first experience with Lisa and she was terrific. We had a brief conversation about my focus areas before getting started and she tended to them perfectly during our 90-minute session! The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful as well. Was gifted a message for girlfriend and I's anniversary but after the massage they still had me pay even though it was already paid for. Really disappointed to find out that they have charged us 3 times for one appointment and we still have not received our refund for the other two ! Customer service has been poor over the phone and have hung up on my girlfriend when they have called in to talk about what is going on, not really sure why we are being giving the run around on this. Wish I could give a better review of this place but that would be dishonest. Hopefully our issue can be resolved soon and quickly because we have been waiting for a week now when we were told that we would be contacted about said issue. read more

Wow horrible. Rookie massage therapist. They talk to you and that counts towards your hour. My actual time getting a massage if you call it that was 30 minutes. Person acted like they don't like to touch people I could barely feel pressure when she told me she was applying more pressure! Nothing below the waist what! I didn't request this. She chatted telling me about her husband and having another job. What a waste of money I'll look for someone who does this as their FT job next time. I'm visiting from Denver and just randomly decided to get a massage here. Usually I get a woman but ended up having Michael as my therapist. Let me tell you he is amazing. This may be the best massage I have ever had. He knew what he was doing and exactly where my tension was. Usually therapist don't give deep enough pressure. He was on point. Best deep tissue pressure ever!! Seriously wish I could take this guy back to Denver and make him my personal massage therapist! Would highly recommend this place because of him! read more

The ease of scheduling, either online or by phone/in person is fantastic. Having the choice of therapists based on the client's type of massage is nice as well--you can tailor to your specific needs.
