I'm really late writing this review but now that I've got some time on my hands since of the…read morecoronavirus I'm catching up on overviews. I had a Groupon and unfortunately such a good deal I bought two Groupons massages from this place. First of all it was very difficult to get the appointment I called for weeks... I left messages. I left messages that I work 3rd Shift so to just leave a date and time any Friday or Saturday that didn't work. after a month of trying I went there on my day off and just sit in a Lobby so they finally had to deal with me. I sat there for an hour so I could get set up a appointment. each masseuse makes their own appointments. So if they are with a client or not there they can't make your appointment . It's a very inefficient setup . have anybody really answering the phones no receptionist. It was really ran very inefficiently. At any one time I guess they only have one person handling the Groupons and I'm gathering it's not their best. I'm not saying all there masseuses are this bad but the one I got was the worst I've ever had. At that time Zoe was the group on person and when I read the reviews with her and them most of them ended up being one or two stars. Wish I'd read the reviews before thinking about buying a massage here. First she didn't have me fill out any of the questionnaire or paperwork that every other place I've ever been to has you fill out. She verbally asked what I was looking for I told her a deep tissue massage to focus on my neck and my shoulders. She seemed very nice and polite petite . there on it turned into the weirdest experience I've ever had at a massage. She spent a good bit of a time not even touching me which I learned from a friend is a type of massage called Reiki which I never heard of and wanted no part of. I jokingly called it the fakie massage. Cuz she just held her hands about 2 inches from me and just breathe like she was in labor. I was honestly getting concerned wondering if she was having some medical condition if I was going to have to hop up and do some kind of CPR. Then she just kind of pushed on my stomach she massaged my trachea pretty hard which was very off-putting and uncomfortable. She spent the majority of the time focusing covering and uncovering me she had three layers of covers and she would uncover each layer separately pack it and straighten it and then move to another area of my body to play with the covers there. The room was really hot and she kept putting too many covers on me and covering up every inch of me including my arms all the way up into my chin. It was just bizarre I kept pulling the covers down because I was roasting she kept recovering me and tucking it in. I left aggravated and Confused. Worst part... I have another massage that I've paid for. Debated not even going but I figure I'd paid for it I thought I would just try to be more clear of what I wanted . And not let her waste all the time playing with the covers and doing that Reiki thing . When I went back I was more verbal when she tried to keep covering me up and I kept uncovering. I asked her what she was doing with my I'm not so happy voice and she jump back like I'd whooped her. I told her that I was hot and I was . didn't need three covers on me all the way up to my chin. When she started to the Reiki thing I asked her if that was her version of a deep tissue massage and she started to at least attempt one. I'd have to say it was better cuz at least she did attempt but the whole thing was just ... well I guess you get what you pay for and that was super cheap. But it was a super waste of my time. And leaving aggravated and Confused both times stated the relaxation but I was looking for. So if you go I would just wouldn't go to the Groupon. Since then I bought a yearly membership at another establishment and much more pleased with it.

She did a great job loosening up my back and shoulders prior to my round. I played great and contribute how loose I was to the great 10 minute massage I received from Jolene. She is located at 35 Marco Lane in Centerville. Unfortunately I live in West Chester, so it is a bit of a drive for me. If you are looking for a massage, go see Jolene at Cloud9Massage. You won't regret it.

When I tried going to the website listed on Groupon to schedule, a "this connection isn't private, might be trying to steal your information" type message popped up. So I google the business and an alternate website is shown. I go to that and try to book through there only to get an "oops! an error has occurred message." So I next call the phone number several times on various days at different times never able to contact anyone. The voicemail message said to go to the first website I mentioned or text that same number in order to schedule. I text the number and never hear anything back. So I contacted groupon and told them about my issues and they said that Alleviate Sports and Therapeutic Massage was no longer accepting the voucher I had purchased even though when I bought it the expiration date was listed as not for almost another month from today. I have no clue what their abilities are massage wise, but DO NOT BUY A GROUPON WITH THEM!!!

By way of evidence...here is a comment directly from her Groupon " *Remember: Our customers tip on the full amount of the pre-discounted service (and tip generously)." Who puts something like that on a Groupon which is intended to bring new customers in? Buyer beware!!!
