Place was clean. Staff was very friendly. My wife gave me a 90 minute message as a gift. It had been a few years since my last massage and I forgot how good they feel. I liked that they let you chose what type of massage you want without varying prices. I chose Deep Tissue. My masseuse was Ashley. She was amazing. She really helped with some sore areas in my back. I recently moved to the area and have been getting massages for years, but dealing with elements felt like dealing with a massage service housed in a law firm. Lots of paperwork, disclaimers, etc. On top of that, if you schedule a 1 hr session, you really only get a 50 min massage or what they call, 'hands-on' time, so you're paying for 5 minutes up front and on the back end to undress and wait on the masseuse. Further adding insult is the fact my husband gifted me a $100 certificate as a birthday gift, but I'm not allowed to use what's left on the card to tip my masseuse. I have to use it for my next visit only, which meant we blew $100 on a 50 min massage and then I had to pull out my debit card and make an additional purchase charge to tip my masseuse. This is predatory business practice at its finest and I'll never return as there are plenty of other places with good service, less hassle and reasonable prices. I will add that the staff and masseuse were wonderful and professional, but even they can't make up for the short-comings of this business as a whole. read more

Every time I have visited Elements massage it's always been a really great experience. The booking process is so thorough, I love that they always match me with a therapist based specifically on my needs and preferences. I love someone who can do some trigger point work, but provide a relaxation massage at the same time and they always deliver! H and I were in DIRE need of some TLC and had never been given a professional massage. My mom and brother suggested a relatively new establishment that opened by their house- Elements Massage. H called on Friday for any openings for a couples' massage- one regular and one prenatal (I'm currently eight months pregnant) and was able to get an appointment for the following Wednesday. This facility is located in the same plaza by Kroger and Tim Horton's- it's where Blockbuster used to be! That said, there's plenty of free parking everrrrrywhere. It was our first time at the spot, so we had a few forms to fill out (plus my prenatal form) that took less than 5 minutes. I have to note that the place is so impeccably clean! The waiting area was spotless and beautiful. Plus both restrooms were well-stocked (candles, lotions, anti-bac hand sanitizer) and very, very clean! We were quickly escorted to our massage room where we were swiftly instructed on the gist of what was going to happen. Both girls who massaged my H and I were super sweet and pretty strong! The girl who massaged me (sorry, the name slipped!!) massaged spots that hurt... but I know if I were more vocal, she would've been more receptive to making things more comfortable. If I weren't so distracted by baby, I would have. My H said Cindy was great, but chatty... WHICH IS TOTALLY MY FAULT. I hate being placed in a situation that's so quiet. I'm always trying to engage others in conversations... so to my H's annoyance, the entire duration of our massage consisted of my talking to both our massage therapists. I'd totally recommend this place and H and I are planning on making a returning appointment when we come back! read more

Had a massage, thought it was great so signed up for the monthly membership. I made my first 60 min massage appointment online on Saturday morning. The salon left a message for me Saturday at 8:10 saying they could not accommodate my 60 min massage, but could upgrade me to a 90 min (for an additional fee of course!). They told me to call back at my earliest convenience to either accept the 90 min or reschedule. I called on Monday morning to reschedule only to be told that, they could now take my 60 min appointment. When i said I had made other plans based on their phone message I was told that I would be charged a late cancellation fee. I could not believe it. Cannot in good conscience recommend a company that tries to trick you into adding more services/time and then charges a fee when you don't comply. read more

I love massages & if I could afford it I would probably go get one everyday. Unfortunately I can't afford that so if I do go I like to make sure it's with a great place with a great massage therapist. My husband has been going here every month (he signed up for their monthly membership) and because of him I also went for a prenatal massage. The front staff was pleasant & welcoming & the rooms were clean & relaxing. My massage therapist, Samantha, made me feel comfortable & asked me about what I wanted worked on. She made sure she had the right pressure & I loved that she was able to really work on the knots on my shoulders. I hate when massage therapists don't use enough pressure & I don't feel anything! I was so relaxed I fell asleep, which is always a good thing for me. Afterwards she gave me feedback & advice which I appreciate. I'll def be back, esp. to help with pregnancy swelling! read more

I went to elements massage and left feeling like I was hit by a Mack truck after which I decided I preferred my regular massage therapist. I called elements asking how to be removed from their wellness program as I was no longer going to be needing it. I was told to come in and sign a paper(I live in Lebanon, it's a slight haul to drive to Beavercreek just to sign something) and that I had to give 30 days notice. I had only been signed up for the program for less than 2 weeks, to give 30 days notice I would have to have taken myself out of the program the day I signed up. After many rounds of phone tag as well as employees sending emails to the manager indicating I needed help, there was no resolution. Today I was charged the money that was supposed to come out on the 15th, which I assumed when it didn't come out that they erred on the side of compassion since I had continuely been told it was at the managers discretion,understanding there was no way to give 30 days notice when I hadn't been in the program that long. My account is now overdrawn. Word to the wise, don't sign up for the wellness program as it provided nothing but a headache, I still have a gift card I will not be using as well as a waste of 108 that I needed for other things. I don't recommend unless you like to lose money for services you'll never use. read more

Very nice experience! First time coming here and I have really zero remotely bad to say. Everything was extremely clean, freshly dusted, and it's a very quiet, calm atmosphere. The massage room was dimly lit and had lit candles. Privacy was given to undress, and I was asked if there was a particular area such as back or feet, or if I wanted a basic massage. I chose basic. Soft music was playing in the background, very serene, calming, and honestly I probably could have easily drifted off to sleep. The massage felt wonderful! Not too hard, not too soft, just right. After the massage, I received a small piece of candy, and the therapist advised me that a deep tissue massage was warranted for the back. Very nice... will be going back. read more

I've been to some of the best and worst LMTs in Ohio. Very nice place. Saw 3 therapists before I found the best. I love that they are specific about how deep the massage is from specific therapists. First time therapist was moderate to deep--my daughter loved it but too deep for me. I was sore afterwards. Next therapist was good but third therapist was awesome! For optimum results, communicate with the therapist! Stay with less deep if it is your first massage or has been a long time. The ladies scheduling are very helpful trying to match you to the right therapist for you if you communicate your needs and preferences. Great job all around! read more

Elements is so-so. The atmosphere is nice, I never hear noises or talking while I'm in a massage. It's kept very clean. I found one massage therapist that I really liked but she wasn't there very often so that made it hard to get an appointment when it was convenient for me. I tried about four other therapists and they weren't great. The front desk staff was always extremely unhelpful and very slow. And from what I'm noticing the price is a little high...especially if you don't join one of they're plans. read more

I just received a massage from Margarita at Elements Massage in Beavercreek. Hands down, she is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to and I'm somewhat picky. The only reason I am not giving Elements 5 stars is because upon leaving I was given a high-pressure sales pitch about signing up for their wellness plan. I declined and then was asked why I was declining. This person was talking a mile a minute during her sales pitch so needless to say, I left with a slight headache instead of feeling relaxed. Thankfully my wife wasn't able to make her appointment, and I was able to easily take advantage of her subscription. The therapist went above and beyond working specifically on my back, even extending the allotted time (free of charge) to help me to work that out.
