Therapist did not adjust the end time. So my 1 hour massage was actually just 40 minutes. -It was hard to communicate with my therapist. It seems she knows no English at all. She parroted common phrases without understanding responses. During the massage, my attempts to communicate were useless. She just plowed through a rough and frantic massage. - She added a four dollar charge without telling me. When I questioned this she brought out a small sign about credit card processing charges. Why was this sign hidden? It should be displayed and brought up before the massage. -Lots of drama about wanting a bigger tip. Why was she so upset? Do these people not know that a bad massage means a low tip or no tip at all? - There was a car parked in front of the door RIGHT ON THE SIDEWALK. Is this legal? Who is the ignorant, entitled owner of this car? Methinks it belongs to the massage place's owner who doesn't know what a parking lot is.

The front desk made sure to get in touch with me to not only let me know but to reschedule right away. Was able to get in with Kathy the next evening. I'm so glad! The people at the front desk were awesome. Super welcoming and very pleasant. Offered me tea while I was filling out my initial paperwork. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting, David (at the front desk) chatted with me and I had a chance to look around. Very clean and relaxing environment from the get go. Nancy came out and led me to a nice and relaxing lil room. Very clean with nice linens. Nancy asked me if there were any areas of concern. Told her I was looking to decompress, let go of my stress and relax. The massage I received was awesome! Kathy had the pressure just right and checked to be sure. She listened to what my needs were, what I was looking for and delivered like s rock star. Needless to say, I already have my next massage with Kathy scheduled. See you soon Kathy!

My therapist is Brenda, and she is very skilled. I had one of the best massages experiences with her and now I see her regularly. She worked on some tight muscles in my neck which provided significant relief and improved my range of motion. No one else has achieved that. I had emergency nasal reconstruction surgery that left me unable to receive massage for a block of time. The staff worked with my recovery timeline, and helped me shift all my appointments so nothing was lost and I was going to receive the best care once I was able to come back. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. I'm grateful for their kindness. Lastly, I have never once been pressured to purchase additional services, products, or packages. I receive recommendations based on my personal needs, and I have never felt uncomfortable declining them if I'm not interested or it's not in budget. I like that they offer, because I find the add-ons beneficial, but I don't want to be sold for the sake of sales.

The receptionist is very friendly & informative about what to expect from the service. My husband added on the CBD spot treatment and I chose the foot scrub as it's half off your first time. Both our massage therapists were very friendly & kind! My massage was overall alright, I felt the massage didn't have much of a flow and lackluster. More frequent hands off time getting lotion than I'm used to and the consistency of the massage was different from left to right. The feet scrub was ok, there was a lot of it left on my feet after the massage lol. Otherwise the pressure was good. My husband said his massage was also just alright and felt a bit "choppy". The massage therapist told him to relax multiple times but given my husband has a labor intensive job, his body is tense & knotted naturally which he wanted worked on. Price is I think is average for the area but felt "high" based on the quality of service. Most likely would never return here simply for the fact that I've had better massages for similar price elsewhere.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I am the first person who will tell someone to shut up when I'm trying to relax and that it's super awkward to try and make conversation during a massage, but we ended up chatting pretty much the whole time, between my random questions about my back and digressing to other topics. You might think this would make for a distraction, but she was great about communicating pressure and areas to focus on, I left feeling so much better. For real, go see her. She's pretty much a magical angel with so much knowledge about fixing all the weird knots you got going on.

They said yes for an appt with Sherri but then when I got there, they tell me she does not work there anymore. Another woman said she would do Shiatsu but she only did two passes with her feet using the overhead bars - not much Shiatsu, just regular Asian massage with a lot of kneading which I don't like. No stretching my back which I've also had with Shiatsu. The woman who did my massage was in and out a couple of times tending to the door. Not sure it was the full 60 minutes. The worst part is that they have a sign suggesting you tip 25 - 30%. I got daggers after only tipping 20% after they mislead me on my appt, availability of Sherri and what I expect for Shiatsu. I will not be back!

After finding out the only one massage therapist accepted Groupon and that she doesn't work on the one day off, we attempted to get a refund through Groupon (this happened over the course of several months). Awhile later, Groupon informed us that they had contacted the therapists and were told that two therapists were now accepting groupons! I'm finally able to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it very last minute due to my boyfriend needing emergency surgery. I provided proof including date and time of the surgery to demonstrate that it actually happened. I blocked out all of the person info. Several weeks go by after I sent this email and numerous voice mails. I finally hear back from Jennifer saying the evidence wasn't sufficient, I should have reached out earlier while the emergency was going on. Then she tells me that they've had issues with me in the past and will not be accepting me as a client. Which, the issue was that they only had one therapist accepting Groupons... apparently I caused a problem by not making an appointment due to scheduling incapatabilities. She also was very upset that we had contacted Groupon and complained about not being able to reach her. She then asked me never to contact them again. Not once has she answered a phone call or voicemail. I have been trying to talk to her for the past two weeks, and she will only communicate via email. And that takes several weeks. I have never had a place treat me so poorly and will be going out of my way to make sure my friends and family don't visit this awful place.
