Not the cheapest place in town to eat - but for people wanting food other local restaurants don't offer, Elements might be worth visiting. The owner requests that you come when you are hungry - because food is made fresh and you will get a lot (so he wants you to be able to enjoy it - while there). While still on the menu, the lamb dishes I like are currently not offered (here - or at COSTCO). Next best choice is beef - unless, of course, you are a vegan (which this place can also offers plenty to choose from). The price is the same regardless of what you choose - except for drinks, which are extra. I was offered water but ordered a (mango) lassi.

My wife and I have the pleasure of eating at this new Indian/Hindu restaurant 1 block from the main strip in downtown Cabo San Lucas. They have two authentic menus that cater to vegetarian as well as meat eaters. They carefully adjusted to Gluten allergies. Gustavo and Velia presented meals that made you feel like you were eating at their house, handed down recipes from generations ago. Their Curry and vindaloo sauces were the most authentic and delicious spices we have ever tasted. We didn't leave even a peice of rice left! The food was absolutely incredible, we will be going back and would LOVE for you to check them out also. You won't be disappointed! There is parking 1 block up the road just past the seafood restaurant. 25 pesos an hour.

Coconut dessert my picky kid actually liked

After taking a cab trying to find a vegan restaurant to 2 different places and deciding it didn't exist, we desperately ended up here. We were not disappointed, food was tasty and fresh, my husband ate more during that meal than he has this whole trip, being vegan in Cabo is not the easiest. This restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant that happily caters to vegans. Bill was cheap, we had to grab beer at the market next door but that actually is great for saving some money too and the owner didn't mind at all.

Great appetizers with all orders. Samosa, pakora
 and onion bhaji !

Always a great way to start a visit to a new city when the first meal is as good as this one was. We will be in Cabo for a few weeks and surely return. FULL VEGETARIAN OPTIONS and if you eat no animal products or are VEGAN this is the place for you for sure! We are well traveled and this is some the best, freshest and tastiest Indian food we have ever had. The price is very fair and the staff is kind and charming. Bonus: great bite of desert with the meal. Go support them!

After leaving LA and moving here permanently 4 months ago, my husband and I were craving something delicious and different. We love Mexican food but every so often we crave something else. Elements satisfied our craving--and was just as good as my mom's home cooking (which is saying a lot because I usually stay away from Indian restaurants since nothing is ever as good as my mom's!!) but my mom is not in Cabo, so elements hits the spot!! And the owner, Gupta, is very friendly and accommodating. If you love small mom & pop shops, and want something different than Mexican food while you're in Cabo, check out Elements Restaurant!!!

Wonderful food! Not many vegan choices here in Cabo and this one is a gem! Great service, great food, great atmosphere! Lots of choices.

I visited with my Indian husband and in-laws, and everyone was impressed by the authenticity and quality. I'm a basic white girl and I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. The service is fast and friendly, and the owners are incredibly personable, making you feel like family. You can customize your spice level to suit your taste, so don't hesitate to try something new! They even offer a traditional Indian breakfast during morning hours. Overall, Namaste India offers an exceptional dining experience with excellent food and service. We took an Uber for a couple of dollars and were happy that we did! I ordered the chana masala the first visit, and our second visit I got the aloo matar. Both were great but I liked the aloo matar better! If you're sensitive to spice I would ask for no more than level 1. Level 3 builds heat and was maybe a touch too spicy for me! We also grabbed some appetizers and the onion pakora is so crispy and flavorful. It comes with a couple of sauces for dipping that are delicious! For drinks they have a lemonade made with mint and chia seeds. It's divine! While this place may seem unassuming the food is authentic and they provide great service and recommendations. If you're vegan they're happy to show you what you can order. Even the naan can be made vegan which isn't always the case! If you're craving something different while in Cabo definitely give this spot a try.

We like spice, but we are Americans, so we always order medium spice level. Every dish was incredible. The spice level was perfect - hot but we weren't begging for mercy. The staff, who own the business, were friendly, attentive, and quick, although they did explain that they currently only have one chef and all the food is made to order. We didn't feel the wait was too long, and boy was it worth the time. The "dining room" is open air and the music was fun. A TV over the bar was showing Bollywood-style music videos. We did wish the portions of the two meat dishes were larger, but again - we're Americans so of course we did.

We arrived before 4 pm and upon arriving I asked in English if they were still open. A lady responded in English that yes, they were open. We were the only clients in the restaurant. She helped us with our drinks and appetizers and went inside, the food came very fast, brought by a second woman who then started helping us. I even commented that the service was very good. Then this second lady came to ask about our food, this time in Spanish and I continue to speak in English, she didn't tell me that she didn't understand me, instead she complied with her head and after my husband asked for his food in Spanish she confirmed with him what I had asked, until then no problem; but from that time on she completely ignored me and talked only to him. I didn't care at first. A man, who I believe is the owner came to our table and asked if everything was ok. We said that it was, because so far I thought it was. Then it got bad, I called her to ask for deserts (my husband was with his back turned from her route), she came but continued to ignore me and only talked to him. Then she disappeared inside for almost 10 minutes, then she brought the deserts and left disappearing for another 20 minutes, when she finally came back I asked for the check, she went inside again and disappeared for another 10 minutes; the man, who talked to us earlier was inside the restaurant and we asked for the check to him as well, we waited and waited and nothing. Then she came front the kitchen and I asked for the check again... another 5 minutes, she disappeared behind the counter so I decided to stand and go to the counter to pay that is when she is finally coming with the bill. I was almost close to the counter told to her I would pay there but she kept walking to the table. My husband payed and we left for never to come back.

I'm talking the kind of band that makes you want to order another margarita just so you can clap along like you suddenly grew up in Guadalajara. And the food? Real-deal Mexican classics mole, enchiladas, chile rellenos big flavors coming out of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. Now let's talk about the chips and salsa, because I didn't come here to play games. Some restaurants give you chips like they're doing you a favor three chips and a little salsa like it's a museum sample. Not here. These chips show up ready to party. Crunchy, warm, and the salsa hits you like, "Hola amigo, welcome to flavor." Add the incredible service and that mariachi band floating through the courtyard and suddenly dinner turns into a whole event. Honestly, this place was one of the highlights of my Cabo trip and my socks? Yeah... they're still somewhere on the floor from those chips and salsa.

But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.

I stumbled across this place on my month long Cabo vacation and by far this was my favorite 'hole in the wall'. The place is run by a young Mexican chef Cynthia and her food is magic! She weaves modern presentations with 'grandmas recipes' to create beautiful food! The first time I visited there was just one other patron there at the time and I sat down at the 'family-style' table they had near him. I was fixated on the dishes he was eating... let's just say he was happy-happy Cynthia's boyfriend (Carlos I think) greeted me and we began to chat; he was a DJ and seafood chef that had recently decided to move back to Cabo and help Cynthia make her magic. We chatted a bit about Cabo, the local restaurant scene, tourist scene, urban tourism, and music... basically, I felt as if I was visiting a friend at his restaurant getting the low-down of the area. After a while, it was time to eat and I asked Carlos to pick a few things for me.... I wasn't disappointed!!! (By this time ts was just Cynthia and Carlos and I) First, there was the 7 hande made hot sauces .... the ones with the nuts are to die for... Cynthia explained that most of the sauces were from the part of Mexic she grew up in, but that a few of the others where with peppers from where Carlos grew up. Then Cynthia began to bring me several small dishes (that I hadn't even ordered...) each one was more amazing than the next (see photos) I guess I bugged Cynthia so much that when I got up to leave she brought me a few little to-go containers with some of the dried peppers she used to make here salsa's with instructions how to make them on my own... as well as a recommendation and direction to the local spice market for a bigger variety of spices. If you want to visit a unique, urban, foodie experience this is place is a must!!!
