Hands down, my favorite local jewelry shop! I've been shopping at Elementality for approximately 8 years and I've NEVER had a disappointing experience when it comes to customer service, product selection/availability, and quality. They employ THE BEST people in their shop, as the faces of Elementality. So genuinely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I'm often in the shop with my littles, so when I happen to show-up without them in tow, the staff never fails to ask me about them and tell me how much they adore seeing them in the shop. Staff is relentless, pushy, and has poor boundaries I am so sad to say that I am giving up completely on this shop after yet another pushy salesperson followed me around, harassing me literally every 30 seconds I have spoken with several members of management over the years and told them about my boundaries, but nothing changes To whoever owns this place--please start paying your staff a living wage instead of forcing them to rely on commission--the desperation is overwhelming and leaks out into customers read more

the staff is so judgmental and pushy. I bought a ring here, that I have worn maybe twice, and it broke. I went in to see if it could be fixed/i could be compensated and they basically called me dumb for even asking? lol? after this I looked up said ring to see if I could find anything similar and found it on about six sites for $10 from china! when they charged $70! ridiculous. I have been a long term customer here and wish I could take back my business. read more

I spoke with Morgan on the phone who works there and we are locals for many years supporting this place, that I had things that My mother had that were never worn but over the 30 day mark.. and that I too had bought an item that doesn't fit at all and would be happy to exchange it. She was kind on the phone saying she would take anything back as long as it 'didn't smell'. Anywho, we went way out of our way to come back to this store and brought all things and Morgan had told the other workers about it and they refused to take my item back bc it didn't have the tag on. The worker asking 'Is that Ok?' After she told me she wasn't going to let me exchange. Which confused me me of course it's not ok so I just said 'not really'. That worker proceeded to tell secrets w Morgan and talk about us 3 feet away like we werent there, explaining to her that she told me she wasn't going to take it. Rhey just tried to pretend we were there from then on. This Morgan should have come introduce herself to us & behaved kind and professionally but tried to avoid eye contact with all cost. I calmly introduced myself & asked her to tell me about the exchange policy specifics as to store tag on it or not since it wasn't mentioned on our phone call. She was snippy & saying how she personally would never take a tag off something unless she was SURE she liked so how could I? The toxic, low frequency energy from her and her minions is so bad lol I will never step foot or support that store again. My Mother just went ahead and bought another paid of earrings for my Sister & I told her, NO do not spend another dollar in there for me ever. All their clothes are the same pieces just in diff shades of color. Support nice, calm local stores for Jewlery instead. $40 thrown down the drain bc they wouldn't exchange it bc they think I'm lying that I wore it. How rude & waste of our time & Saturday morning lol. read more

Marisa was such a sweetheart and this review is solely for her! Mentioned I love gold jewelry and have had trouble finding some in the past and she went above and beyond to find and pull all the gold jewelry they offered. Ended up purchasing a ring that I love! As for the store it's absolutely beautiful with a massive array of rings and earrings along with a selection of clothes. I recommend to stop in! read more

This store has a beautiful selection of clothing & jewelry, but I have yet to purchase anything from here from the handful of times I have paid this place a visit. I always have a small stack of things I want, so it has nothing to do with the quality of products...however, even though the staff is beyond exceptional, this is not a place I feel comfortable just browsing. I have someone on me like white on rice every second I am in there. For someone with anxiety, not being able to just look without feeling pressured to buy every single thing I touch is really uncomfortable. I have yet to be able to try anything on without someone standing right outside the dressing room or having at least two people hover over me while I look at the jewelry cases. I really do love this place & I want to buy from here, but I get so overwhelmed & anxious when I am in there, that I end up just leaving without purchasing anything because I feel too pressured. By no means am I trying to be rude, because this place really is lovely...it would just be nice to be able to walk around without having someone right behind me at all times. read more
