The first time I went here was because of a recommendation from a friend. I went here to get my engagement ring resized and had such a fabulous experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got my ring resized which I assumed would be very expensive because it has many gemstones and has an asymmetrical band. They were able to do the resizing in about a week and it was very affordable. When I got my ring back, they gave me suggestions to help keep my ring in great shape, the most helpful so far being to not sleep with it on. They also told me that I can stop by anytime to get a free cleaning. Since then, I've been in probably five times to get the ring cleaned. I'm always in shock at how beautiful it looks after the cleaning. Being an art teacher, it gets really dirty pretty quickly. It's always a good feeling to know that if I have ten extra minutes downtown, they can get it looking like new in no time. As mentioned, I've never bought jewelry here but I wish I could afford to because they have a unique, absolutely beautiful selection of jewelry on display. The store front is pretty small but the jewelry that they do have is all really awesome.

The quote I got from them for the ring repair was less than half the best other quote I received and the final charge was nearly half the quote price! I couldn't believe that I got a repair at less cost than what was quoted! Who does that?! The repair itself was stunning and they went above and beyond to make the ring even better than new. Needless to say they've earned my future business for as long as I'm in this area!

I called ahead to ask Grant Laughter and he said "if you love it, we love it. We can absolutely do that for you." I was greeted and assisted by the owner himself who thoroughly went over my options and helped me choose a plan for resizing. I paid under $100 and had my ring back within three weeks. It turned out perfectly. These guys are fantastic.

The girl working was so friendly, and EVERYTHING IN THE STORE IS CUTE. Everything seemed so well curated. I personally was flocking to all of the jewelry; most (or all?) of it is either locally made or comes from fair trade organizations. Necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, you name it! There were some body products (like a dreamy cream I put on my hands), handbags, other accessories, and more. I ended up buying a unique necklace, but I seriously wanted one of everything in the store! As we weren't really looking for a ring at the time, the card found its way to the depths of my glove compartment. Fast-forward 6 months, and I finally used the card. By then I was living out of state, but the crew at Zest was no less friendly and helpful than had I been their lifelong next-door neighbor. Every phone call I made was answered and every email sent was met with an almost-immediate response as they helped me design/choose the PERFECT ring for my now-fiancée.
