Here's m story: I gave them a call on a Tuesday, and luckily got scheduled for Thursday. Tuesday, on the phone, they are eager to get your Credit Card number (all information) and store it on file just because "it is our policy" On Wednesday, I get like 2 SMS confirmation messages, one phone call reminder as well to tell me about my appointment. Then another email confirmation. To which I confirmed all. Then end of day Wednesday they call me to cancel my appointment. After annoying me with dozens of notifications and confirmations, they cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment. Trying to give them a call, and I ask one question, then the receptionist tells me abruptly: "Just hold on" and puts me on hold just like that, without any reason or some courtesy. I had to hang up. Emailing them as per their website as well, they don't answer. So convenient. I moved on, I don't want to deal with this clinic.
