I got my mom her Mother's Day bracelets here…read morewasn't informed that they come in different sizes as much as she loves the bracelets she can't really wear them as they're small and cut off her circulation. My daughter looked upset and said every time nonna wears her Mother's Day bracelets she has to take them off because they leave a mark on her wrist (meaning too tight!). The sales person did not even tell me anything about sizing. I went and got a friend of mine a gift however she wasn't a fan of the bracelets and I tried returning them the next day the girl was very sweet and lovely she was extremely apologetic that the sales person the day before didn't inform me that they do not accept returns. She let me speak to the manager that basically told me get something else or a store credit. I picked bracelets for myself which I really liked! Had to pay for an extra one which was fine of course the girl was a doll!!! She told me their bracelets are a lifetime warranty and if there's any issues they will exchange no questions asked. I have these bracelets since June 1st and they started to loosen up a bit I stopped at the store today and the sales person asked if I have a warranty and if I didn't sign up for one it'll be $10 a bracelet to take the beads out, and they only do it 3 days out of the week. Again I was misinformed they're eager to make a sale and will do anything in their power to get you hooked to buy from them. The prices are pretty hefty as well, and some sales people are rude and nasty. If you have an issue or need something other than making a purchase you are wasting their precious time (the store is always empty). I do however love that they have a large selection of Bible inspired quotes to choose from, and a ton of stones to choose from and each stone has a powerful meaning. I'm sure Etsy bracelets will be cheaper if not the same but the seller will be so appreciative and happy you purchased from them. As much as it pains me to write a review about this specific location and it being a Christian faith based store their practices and business aspect defiantly isn't very Christian like. Take your business elsewhere. I'm sure you will be appreciated as a client spending all that money!!

My mom and grandma would bring me here when I was little when they first opened back in 2005. The prices have skyrocketed and I fear they have steered away from the "local business" culture and prices. Now it feels like I'm shopping at an expensive department store. The prices are not reflective of the quality. The jewelry isn't as good as it used to be as the $14-$16 sterling silver earrings begin to tarnish after a month of wear. Many of my pieces I own have become stretched out and pilled after only a few wears (even with gentle washing/cleaning). Some of the pieces being the EXACT SAME BRANDS that are sold at Island Gypsy in Lavalette but being more affordable there. Today I went for the first time in a long time as I had a gift card and wanted to give them another shot as I so badly want to love sunshine again. But when I went to pay the girls said there wasn't enough money on my unused gift card saying there was only $13 of the $25...do not think it was malicious or intentional but I think there was a mix up due to them reusing gift cards. If you're charging this much for your products, why can't you afford to buy new gift cards or have a better system? The girls kind of just looked at me and shrugged like "sorry". After today, it makes me so sad as a local of point pleasant boro that a store I once loved for the quality and price has now become a hub specifically geared towards wealthy tourists.

I was surprised to learn the store is under new ownership, and I am so happy to be able to say that I LOVE the new owners. We wish Odie and his family well, and a happy retirement. The store has been left in great hands! I had the same level of "family business" personal treatment today that I have always received there. The store is just as immaculate as it always has been and has an even fresher feel to it. The items in the cases are still beautiful. Sara is still there as the store manager. Jasmine and her husband are the new owners. Jasmine's jewelry expertise and advice were invaluable, she took great care to acknowledge and address every one of our concerns, and had excellent suggestions we hadn't thought of. I felt the prices were very reasonable. I left knowing our prized possessions were left in safe and expert hands, and we have still a family-owned jewelry store to go to for years to come.

Blaine's stated they had never seen this happen, stated we would be called to preview the replacement before it was set. I was called to pick them up and simply stated we were disappointed we weren't called to preview before set. The owner's comments, "You must have left them in a hot car. (I asked how hot a car would have to be and was told to "google it"). Those earrings were filthy. You must have chipped them. If I had a Suburban and the window broke I wouldn't bring it back to the dealer! I should really charge you to reset them." Lacking professionalism.
