When the shop sent me a copy of the invoice, I noticed that part of my niece's address was missing. I was concerned that the flowers would not be delivered and phoned the shop. I learned that the bouquet was on its way for delivery, and that the delivery driver did indeed have my niece's complete address. I appreciated being kindly reassured that all was well. My niece loved the arrangement, and I loved that she was pleased. I commend McInerney's for their outstanding customer service as well as the care they took in creating and delivering the arrangement. I anticipate using McInerney's many times over the next four years; giving and receiving flowers are part of my niece's love language.
