I just moved to the area and will never come here again. If advertised "walk-ins welcome" than this business needs to abide by such. I walked in at 6:03pm to request my acrylics be taken off. I didn't even want a new set or my nails painted! I just needed my acrylics cut off for work. The lady proceeded to tell me "we dont have time." What business tells a customer they don't have time for them? If you close at 7pm you have time to take 10 minutes to cut my acrylics off. Didnt even bother to apologize or anything. Terrible customer service!! read more

Very disappointed with the atmosphere, the service and the poor quality of the products they use. I went there because they were open on Sunday. I requested a gel mani/pedi and the polish they use appears to be old. It was thick, clumpy and did not go on smooth. I was not impressed by the pedicure. She did not clean under my toe nails, barely touched the cuticles and they use one small hot towel to cover both your legs instead a towel for each. One person in the entire shop spoke English, which was unfortunately wasn't the girl doing my nails. I will Definately not be returning. read more

Tina was very friendly & as I explained my preferences several times ( I'm a nail biter, so they have to be perfectly the way I like it or else I will bite them off). This is my go-to place! Usually my gel manicures start to peel after a week. The guy told me they guarantee 2 weeks and said if it starts to peel, they will fix it for free. Needless to say, I did not need to go back because it lasted over 2 weeks! Great quality here! read more

Nope. We went here from out of town because we were in the area, and saw a good rating here on Yelp. We were disgusted to see that they were using unsanitized implements like nail clippers and cuticle clippers. They were rusty and had clearly been used on other customers without being cleaned! They were also dull- she cut my cuticles and made them bleed on 3 different fingers! Also, the nail stations were grimy. Gross. read more

It wasn't my favorite nail salon experience I've ever had, and here's why. I go for the full experience: great atmosphere, great staff, and great nails. The atmosphere was ok, and everything looked pretty clean- except for the nail tools. I was disappointed to see containers of polish laying open and very crusty brushes (that they used on my nails!) The staff was fairly nice and made sure to ask me consistently how my nails looked, but the lady who did my acrylics and gel didn't say a word to me the whole time, which was very different from the staff at Spring Nails in Brentwood, who were very talkative. The male receptionist and nail artist who did my polish, however, was very funny, kind, and much more friendly. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back, but I wasn't disappointed in the job they did. read more

This place is really relaxing and nice. They were very detailed when cleaning my cuticles for my feet and hands. The massage they give when rubbing in the lotion was not the best. And then the lady that was paint my nails missed some spots when she was painting them, then when I was moving to the drying station some of my nails were smudged. Then the man that was painting my nails missed some spots too. Then I realized that some of my finger nails are not filed evenly. But not a day later two of my nails have chipped the paint, if this is how I my nails are going to last then it shouldn't have coast $42. More like $32. read more

I didn't necessarily have a "terrible" experience here but it was a frustrating one. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what I wanted. I told her and she immediately sat me down to start my nails. I was wanting a full set, but she didn't even bother to "manicure" my nails. Didn't clean up my cuticles (which needed some major attention) or real anything.. just clipped my nails. Once she put on the acrylics, she placed me in a spa chair to get my toes done. Even though she wasn't all the way done with my nails. She said another girl was gonna finish up the color while another one worked on my toes. Which isn't a big deal but i think both of these girls were in training or something. They took incredibly long and didn't say a word to me the entire time. And the girl working on my nails had a hard time painting my nails since the girl was scrubbing my foot. It was honestly a mess. My nails did look decent when I left so I can't complain too much but i feel like the customer service should be stepped up a bit and two people shouldn't be in training at the same time on the same person. read more
