Have bought Fajas from them before but today was by far the worst customer service ever . By the lady attending me and the supervisor who can't do her make up properly. Then they want to flip it say I treated them wrong when I didn't buy the faja because of the horrible customer service . When I asked for a specific faja they "didn't" have then the supervisor said no she can't try another one because she's used to one material . Then they magically find the one I need after I kept insisting because mine aren't tight . We struggled to get it on . I told Melanie if it fits I'm buying it . Well I was taking off the leggings and the lady says you can't put it on until you pay for it like I was going to walk out and steal it . If you want to be treated like shit for being bigger than everyone working there aside from the supervisor whose big and denies having surgery which is super obvious . If I could give a 0 I would. Customer service is horrible. I have tried from the moment I got the product to speak to someone. Never got a reply through email or text message or by phone. I have all the emails to prove it. I had to hound these people down to get a response back. When I do I am text with exclamation points. That it will fit me and I'm doing it wrong. I'm not a first timer when it comes to garments and the tag was torn off when o removed it out of the package. So I kindly asked for some kind of resolution as I understand that for hygiene purposes it cannot be returned. Eventually I asked for a phone call just received a text saying have a blessed day if you need us for anything in the future we are here. I then later receive a call from two individuals one named Paola and the other woman no idea since she never identified herself to me. I was told "it's on you" and I asked why I was never replied back to she said they get too many messages. So basically mine was not important to them and ignored. Their waist trainers are too expensive to be so defective. I bought 8 products here and only 2 or 3 I liked. Even though you try them on, you wont actually know how well they fit or how defective the product is until you have worn it for 30 minutes to an hour. I now shop on Amazon for waist trainers under $30. I have found much better quality on Amazon. The first trainer I purchased at Elegant Figure was of good quality and lasted a long time. I was 20 pounds heavier and lost weight. So I came back for a second trainer once my first one wore out. I guess they were now using a diffrent brand or model because the second waist trainer would rolI up my stomach and down my back, it just would not stay put. So I came back for a third. This time the trainer would stay put on my stomach area but it would roll down my back. I don't know if it was something with the rib area of the waist trainer not being supportive. So i figured i better buy a waist trainer vest, that way it wouldn't roll down my back. The waist trainer vest would bulk out in the back area, so it didnt not smooth out the back or provide right support for the back in clothes. Decided to quit waisting money and get a $29.99 waist trainer vest on Amazon, and the quality was amazing. It smoothed out my back, no bulking in the back when wearing clothes. I also did purchase 3 fajas at Elegant Figure. Only one I liked. The other 2 weren't so good. Although the second one I did get compliments from guys. I did give Elegant Figure 3 stars for convenience, they are local and great if you need something right away. They do have good customer service, they are good about getting you fitted and helping to put the garment on. Im not small and they did an excellent job getting my waist trainer and faja on. They are good at what they do. They are just too expensive to not have the greatest quality products. If you shop there I recommend trying on 2 or 3 diffrent products and not just go with the first one they recommend for you. And if you can sit with it on for 30 minutes. We all got measured as well as recommended some to try on. No wonder they have terrible reviews! I wish I had read them all first. I came in and the lady working measured me ( literally in 5 seconds) and then told me which faja I needed. You can not try them on, which makes sense. That's why they should take more time and make sure they measure you correctly. After taxes the faja was $129.00. I got home and it was way too small! I told the lady working it looked small and she said " no these are Colombian fajas so they are different". I trusted her. When I pulled the faja up, it was hard to even get it over my butt. It felt like it was compressing my butt and hips and then it was so tight I could not even connect the hooks! A total waste of money! Went in to purchase my stage 1 faja for post op BBL. I walked in and no one was around to help me. Finally someone comes from the back and is rude about helping me. She says I'm at lunch but let me see if I can find someone to help you. I'm standing there waiting and she finally decides to help me herself. I tell her what I need and she still so confused as to what to grab me. Melanie ends up walking in and ask if she measured me and of course she hasn't. So I get measured. After being measured they forget about me and I'm left there still with no faja in hand. I ask again politely if they can please help me decide on a size. Finally another worker walks in and they finally tell her to get me a size. I still had to decide on a size for myself because at this point I'm just annoyed of being there. Luckily I had tights on and was able to try on the fajas before leaving disappointed. I ended up purchasing 2 fajas stage 1 and stage 2. So that I didn't have to go back there again.
