Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and down-to-earth, and they made me feel completely comfortable, something you can't necessarily say about many salons. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out, and the salon itself is beautifully designed with such a calming atmosphere. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I came in for root color and toning and specifically requested a cool tone. Instead, my hair came…read moreout even more orange/brassy than before, and I had to pay another salon to correct it. When I requested a full refund because the service was not performed as agreed, I was offered only a partial refund. The owner later called me and said that even this partial refund was a "favor" because they normally don't issue refunds. She also made a point of telling me that she has a legal education, which I found particularly surprising considering her apparent lack of understanding of basic consumer protection principles when a paid service is not delivered as agreed. Very disappointing service and an even more disappointing response to a legitimate customer complaint.

I used to live just minutes away, but after moving to the Inland Empire last year, my appointments now mean about a four-hour round trip. Even with the drive, I never hesitate because the experience is always worth it. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel genuinely welcome. The salon has such a beautiful atmosphere, and the entire team is warm, friendly, and attentive. They treat every client like family, and I always appreciate the little touches like Armenian coffee and snacks while I'm there. I've had several services done over the years, including hair extensions with Star and haircuts with Susan, and I've been so happy with the results every time. I even brought my mom in while she was visiting from Northern California for a haircut, color, and highlights, and she absolutely loved how her hair turned out. After more than three years of coming here, what stands out most is their consistency. The quality of their work, the welcoming environment, and the level of care have never changed, and that's why I continue making the drive. I highly recommend The Beauty Room LA to anyone looking for talented stylists and exceptional service.
