I went here back in March and at the time I requested for a color correction Ruzanna did the color correction and I was okay with it but my roots were left orange. She started she was not able to get them lighter because according to her my hair couldn't take it. I let this go and didn't notice the crown breakage that started but I had taken a picture that day and you can see how it had started . I went again in May with Ruzzana and once again was left with orange roots and more crown breakage this time more hair fell out. This time it was extremely noticeable. I had to cut off most of my hair because the fall out would not stop. It is now July and my hair finally stopped breaking. The entire back of my hair is 2inches long and I can't even hide it with braids. I have cried for months about this and had to cut my hair in a bob. I have spent so much money on treatments like k-18 and even bought a shower filter. I am now resorting to buying wigs because the hair is completely unfixable. I am beyond upset about this and I hope if you are white blonde you avoid this place. I had done ghost roots so that I wouldn't damage my hair. This was supposed to be the color of my hair for my wedding in September of next year. I highly doubt I'll be able to grow it back to the length I had it above my boobs by then but I hope this serves as a warning to others who have dark hair who are trying to go to white blonde with someone who doesn't know how to do it properly. I will likely have to cut the rest of my hair off because the breakage is so bad and my hair is completely uneven.

I work with my hands for a living, and my nails genuinely needed proper cleaning and prep before tips were applied. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly ask for basic prep work while being made to feel uncomfortable for speaking up. The tips were then applied with excessive glue/product underneath the nails, leaving thick chunks underneath that make the nails difficult to properly clean. When I expressed concern, I was told the glue "had to be there" to make the nails strong. I have been getting my nails done for decades and have never had a technician argue with me for not wanting large globs of hardened glue underneath my nails. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told "let me fix it," but the issues were never actually corrected. The nail lengths and shapes were inconsistent, the filing/shaping was uneven, and there were visible imperfections, debris, and rough edges throughout the work. I also had concerns about sanitation. The UV lamp being used appeared dirty and damaged, and the drill/e-file bits looked visibly unclean between clients, which made me increasingly uncomfortable during the appointment. She paid close attention to every detail, especially my request to retain length, and was always transparent about how much she was cutting, which I really appreciated. She was also so easy to talk to and incredibly thoughtful, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable, whether that meant offering coffee or water or making sure nothing hurt. Her scalp massage while washing my hair felt heavenly and truly elevated the experience, making it feel so luxurious. In addition to her amazing work, the location itself was beautiful, clean, and such a lovely space to be in, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
