Zulma did an incredible job with my haircut, and the whole experience from the wash to the cut and blow-dry was quick without feeling rushed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. This hidden gem has definitely become my new favorite place for both hair and nails. I thought it was strange since just a few months ago, there was no down payment or anything to book a slot. I completely understand why a down payment could be required. Time is money and it should not be wasted...but to pay in full for a beauty service before the service has been completed is quite a turn off. The cost is no issue, I have just never heard of paying in full before a hair appointment or beauty appointment in general.
