My situation was tricky because the damage was very close if not over the value of the car and I did not want to total my car out which I was told by other shop would be the case and there was nothing I could do about it. I knew I needed the right Adjuster for the job to have a chance and needed someone who knows how to work with the Insurance company in addition to doing a great job on the repair. It's very important to note Johnny is just just a Adjuster at JVC he the owner and that what your looking for and that why he takes care of business he does what he says! He also corrected a couple extra flaws that were not covered by Insurance which I cant say thank you enough for Johnny. Car was repaired in a timely manner about 2 .5 weeks .
