He said if it doesn't work I will only need to pay $40 but if it does I will pay the full amount. 40 mins later, he sent me texts and said it's all fixed, he was pretty confident. I came to pick it up and paid $109, then right after we leave the shop it turned off and does the same thing again. We from Louisiana so we don't have time to bring it back but I probably wouldn't because it's a waste of time and money.

After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!
