Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling and we called this business for a repair call. The repair technician came and determine we need to replace the broken part, and quoted the cost at almost $800.00. I knew the repair bill is not going to be cheap, but the new refrigerator is going g to cost more than $2K so we thought it was worth repairing it. So we agreed on the quote. The guy did the work and left for the first time, but it was not cooling at all and the ice in the freezer begin to melt. We call Ed this business and they said to wait as it will take up to 24 hours for the refrigerator to start working. A few days passed and it was still not working. We paid a lot of money for the repair and we expect their business to stand for the quality of their service. The guy answered the phone and said they will send someone back and take a look. The guy came and it was the guy who was here for the first repair call. He worked o it and left. Guess what? It was still not working! We were very upset because 1. We paid a lot of money for the repair and we expect they fix the problem. 2. While the refrigerator was out of service for over a week, we had to go and buy bags of iced and keep the food in the cooler. Not to mention we had to throw all the food out. Guess what the business owner said to us when we called? He said well, not all the service will go as planned and sometimes some repairs will go bad and we have to be one of those times. Can you imagine how we felt when he said that? If a business does not stand behind its work, how can we as consumers have any reassurance we get the value for the money we paid for the services? What made it worst was when my wife asked the technician to call the business owner so she can tell him what was not working, the technician put the phone on speaker and my wife heard him used very "unprofessional" words to describe my wife while talking to someone else on the background. It was totally acceptable!!! This is what happened to us with our experience dealing with this business. My LG refrigerator stopped cooling and they sent out a technician from Electronics Service Center, who tried installing 2 different compressors, an evaporator, a condenser and a couple of other things to no avail. Come to find out the fridge is 10 years old and could not be fixed after all. I paid $500 for a service plan through LG on a fridge that couldn't be repaired. I told Everol, the manager at this location, and he worked tirelessly to get my $500 back. It worked and I got the refund from LG. But without Everol's due diligence, I probably would never have received that refund. I am so thankful to all the staff at this location and especially to Everol!!! Job well done. We had cosmetic damage to a part of our LG dishwasher. We got the part number from LG and took pictures of the damage. We then called 4 certified LG repair dealers, and only Dave at Electronic Service Center called us right back. We liked him immediately because of his upbeat personality. We explained the situation and he agreed that since it wasn't a mechanical issue, he didn't need to charge us for a service call. Very honest of him! Great experience with my appliance repair! The owner called me 2 days prior to my appointment to discuss the problems I was having with my washing machine and to make sure the needed parts were on the truck to do the job with one trip. They even came in the day before my scheduled appointment to get my washing machine working again sooner. The repair technician was competent and replaced the broken pump. My 5 month old LG washer broke. I contacted LG and they arranged for Electronics Service Center to contact me for the repair. It was a difficult repair which was exacerbated by bad info from LG. The technician Dave was excellent throughout. I took him a great deal of time on the phone with LG until he finally figured out what the actual issue was. He even came by on a Saturday to attempt to repair the machine. It seems the washer may NEVER have worked right from new. It now runs quieter and seems to work better than ever! We had a problem with our TV. Costco and LG were very accommodating, to a point they went all the way to ship a new panel to the service tech company. Electronics Service Center will not come to check the TV for the problem, instead they asked us to send them pictures. It took a long time to coordinate with them. When they received the LG panel replacement, they called us to come by. The same day we worked on a schedule, the time was changed 3 times, and almost yielded to the owner not to come to our place to replace the TV. When I pressed, the owner "David" came by. Since he arrived to our building, he was complaining about everything, including the ample parking available and where he will park and and. Coming up, you can tell he does not want to do the work and the grinchy face. When he finally made it to the apartment unit, you can feel he is finding any excuse not to do the work. He gets to ask the questions, but if I speak or ask a question, I get ignored (can you imagine a 60+ man dealing with someone like that, even in his own home?) Finally, I see him putting the replacement panel back in the box, and getting irritated putting it back. I ask, but no acknowledgment. Finally, I concluded I won't be getting my TV fixed after over a month of dialogue. Never again with people and service like that. read more

The man whom answers the phone is the RUDEST person I've had to speak with. Constant disrupting, undermining and calling me a liar. Four times had them to come "fix" my refrigerator from a leak and yet it still leaked. Had a small leak that leaked into the wall slowly and was told "they weren't responsible" and that it would have leaked all over my house. They offered no solution, put blame on me and was very rude. The only thing that impressed me was how quickly the "owner" called back after my original complaint although he offered no solution. DONT USE A BUSINESS THAT DOESNT BACK THEMSELVES UP OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR MISTAKES. read more

My LG fridge ice maker broke and was leaking from under the unit. I called Electronic Service Center to fix it back in November. A nice man came to the house and after a larger than expected bill, he said he fixed it. The following morning the unit was still leaking all over so I called the company back. Another person came to the house and said that we needed another valve that they would have to order. The manager explained that it would take a week to get the part and they would call when it was in. 2 weeks later I called back AGAIN and the person who answers the phone gave me the run around. Another week passed and I finally spoke to the manager and he said it was going to be there "soon". Basically I was begging them to come fix my unit. When they got to my home to fix it they took everything apart and started to try and up sell us. Long story short they didn't take their time putting everything back together correctly because now I found paint on the other side of the wall bubbling and pulled the unit out and found a slow leak that ate through my dry wall. I called to speak to the owner when the manager once again was beyond rude. I have learnt NOW that this a direct reflection of the owner. The owner blamed us for the problem and basically told me I was a liar. Small claims court here we come! Save yourself the money and time! RUN to use another company!! I read these other reviews on google and yelp and was completely turned off to this company. I had to make a warranty claim on my fridge for the THIRD time through Warrentech. The prior service company I used for the first and second repairs was no longer an authorized repair center so this was my only option. I googled them while filing my claim and was so put off by the horror stories. Let me tell you that this company has been nothing less than an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to work with. They are so polite and friendly. They are also very thorough. They listened to everything wrong with my fridge over the phone and ordered all of the probable parts needed so I wasn't facing multiple visits. The owner, Dave, came to my home ON TIME (and they were awesome for having a narrow 2 hour service window) and he had everything he needed and quickly completed his repair. The other person I spoke with was Everol, the service manager, and he was excellent, too. Don't be scared off by these reviews!
