VTC is within vicinity of three streets, McBean Parkway, Magic Mountain Parkway, and Valencia Blvd. It is a good size outside shopping center. It has two floors. Parking is plenty. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more. Just to name a handful of restaurants that I would want to check out the next time I return... For selection, like any other Westfield Mall, there is Macys, JCPenney , Victoria's Secret and many other stores. There is also food court which has a lot of options to pick and dine. For service, I went to several stores and I would say JCPenney had the most nice and helpful employees. I asked for help and employees were really nice and friendly even though store was closing. Most of the stores had great sales going on and it was perfect shopping experience. For parking, this mall has a huge parking lot and parking was not a big deal. I am not sure about the weekends.

I had a feeling they wouldn't want me to use the bathroom unless I bought something and I definitely was not in the mood for a doughnut and I had my coffee with me already. So I just leaned my seat back and rested while the car charged I believe this is the last charging stop before going into the Grapevine. I'm glad I stopped because I would hate to be running low or run to any traffic situations in the mountains. She woke up about an hour after we got back on the road so we made a bathroom stop and topped off the charge there

As far as supercharger stations go this one is as plain Jane as it gets. No public restroom, not…read moremany stalls either. Although, this station is a little of the path, so not sure how much traffic it gets. There is great charging speed here, so that's nice. I guess if youre here in the day time, it would probably be a better experience. There are a couole restaurants, a bank of America and a donut shop all in the parking g lot. But tye no restroom really chaps my hide. Charging at all a million supercharger stations on a trip from socal to bay area and back to socal is actually more expensive than gas. Dont believe me? Look at my charging stats in the pics I uploaded. So is a bathroom too much to ask for? Until next time...

(And maybe not again.) The first time was a lot less busy and we had no problems. This second time was different, unfortunately. It was a Friday night and, being the day before Valentine's day, it was busy. No excuses though....if you are going to offer gluten free options you MUST be able to handle that accurately when it's busy. Our server was WONDERFUL and did exactly what she should have done with all of this. I had many questions about the gluten free options and she was able to answer them, or went back to the kitchen to double check. She did not make me feel like a bother or inconvenient at all. I ordered chicken alfredo with gluten free pasta. When my meal came out, it had fettuccine noodles. I had a twinge in my stomach because this did not seem right, and from last time, I did not remember those being the gf noodles. I asked the guy that brought my meal if this was the gluten free pasta, I think there may have been a language barrier because his accent was thick and his response was, 'is this what you ordered?' I said yes and he walked away. I waited for our server to come before I took a bite by so I could TRIPLE check with her and she noticed IMMEDIATELY the dish was not right. She said, 'oh no! This is not the gluten free pasta. It should be the penne noodles!' She took the dish away. I was interested to find that the correct dish with gf penne noodles came out within 5-7 mins. The only gf pasta that I know of that cooks that quick is fresh gf pasta (8mins). And this pasta you serve is not refrigerated fresh pasta, lol. Was the wrong dish sent to the wrong table by accident? But why did the person that brought my dish not know what he was bringing? There was also very little sauce to be found on the dish. I am not a sauce person so for me to say there was no sauce....it was almost non existent. Now....price. I don't remember the original price of the dish I got, but you up charge SIX?!?!?!?!!! Dollars for the gluten free substitution pasta (most I've seen is $3-4)? And adding chicken is another $8?! My dish came out to be $32. And I will be honest, it was NOT worth that. No manager came out to make sure everything was better. Nothing was taken off the bill for a HUGE mistake, that could have cost me my health or a trip to the hospital. Not happy with this experience. Not happy paying $136 for this experience. Train yourselves with more accuracy please. Thank you.
