Rather then trying to improve things by expanding they further limited charging capacity. Then they allow changes requiring "maintenance", in other words not working, to sit for weeks with no repairs. "Customer Service responded to my calls over the past year with, "sorry, we know and it's scheduled for... generally at least a week".

You charge your car you might grab a drink if you feel like it. Here it feels like they are holding the bathroom code hostage. And of course some attendants enforce the policy harder than others but even having to jump through all that in the first place is ridiculous. The whole vibe is off. Very convenient…read more I feel safe during the day time but the first time I went, it was dark and there was no light in the back and their is an apartment building on the right. It feels desolate. Definitely will try to come when the sun is up. There is a gas station in front with a convenience store and restroom. Yet the restroom has a full page sign stating they don't make a dime off the charging stations and it cost money for Tesla customers to use the restroom. I stopped reading but I'm sure they recommended customers to buy something. I did buy a couple snacks and the cashier was nice and friendly. Will return when the sun is shining.
