When their technician came out, a salesperson joined him. What should have been a repair visit quickly turned into a sales pitch. I was told my system wasn't worth fixing and that repairs would cost thousands with no guarantee. When I asked about less expensive options, they claimed only one other system existed and it was barely cheaper. They said the Lennox system was my "best value," even though other licensed contractors had already quoted me similar systems for much less. After back-and-forth calls with a "manager," they finally agreed to match a prior quote around $18,700, including a full Lennox setup with UV light, filtration, and new refrigerant line sets. Based on that representation, I moved forward. The installation proved they never intended to honor that agreement. * They installed a cheap off-brand UV system instead of the Lennox equipment listed. * They reused my old refrigerant line set, even though replacing it was part of the deal. * When questioned, they claimed those parts "weren't included because of a discount," which was never mentioned in writing. * The paperwork they issued afterward omitted major details and downplayed the system's issues. This company's conduct was deceptive from start to finish. They misrepresented pricing, substituted cheaper materials, and failed to deliver the agreed-upon system. The professionalism stopped the moment they received payment. If you value honesty and transparency, find another HVAC company.
