She closes at the spur of the moment without notice & changes hours with very short notice. I get things come up & emergencies happen but in the last couple of weeks she's closed early several times last minute. The beds have always been the best around but they don't seem kept up now. Most of the beds don't even get hot, most are cracked, the face tanners In most beds don't work, & a lot of the beds have bulbs that are completely burnt out & have been for awhile. And when you address this with the owner she doesn't seem to care. So don't waste your money at this salon

They have recently fallen ill and had to quite because they didn't watch to expose customers and families to something especially to expose one to Covid-19 but the owner clearly does not know how to run a business because she would try to address your concerns my point is im paying 73 for package and 60 for lotion and 30 for moisture lotion and the bulbs in the bed hasn't been charged in 1year and half that I know of thats how long I've been going so I don't recommend anyone going and waiting there money like I have will contact better business bureau

I would like a peaceful tanning session without the hassle and aggravation. Another time when I went into tan, the manager stood and had a 5 minute conversation with a lady and I overheard them talking about a customer's appearance and things that went on in high school.... very inappropriate conversation. Today I went into to cancel my membership a d the same "manager" was rude again! This could be such a great place, so sad that one person's attitude ruins the entire experience.

That night shift lady is a straight crook and only trying to benefit her paycheck instead of the customers. What business. Smh you lost 2 customers!

Locker room is small and clean-ish…read more When I joined I was supposed to get one free training session a month, and I was told when I joined that they would work around my schedule for it. That was not true. After several emails back and forth trying to schedule something only to be told they were either already booked for that time or couldn't at my other availiabilities, I hired my own personal trainer only to be told I couldn't do that. You have to use their trainers or none at all. My advice would be to tell the truth at the time of joining or allow personal trainers in to do the job you're unable (or unwilling) to do.
